Dragons in Fairy Tail are powerful and very intelligent creatures that have long been the rulers of the entire earthly region. On the eastern continent, in Ishgar, dragons lived harmoniously and peacefully together with humans.

Their relationship with people

He proclaimed himself the Dragon King and set out to destroy all other monsters in order to remain the only one of his kind.

Partly these events are described in the movie "Fairy Tail: Dragon's Cry", which is an offshoot of the main plot of the manga. All these stories and other facts about the life of dragons were collected in a book called The History of Dragons. It also contains a story about how one of the monsters on its own was able to destroy an entire country.

Dragons in Fairy Tail are very strong and majestic creatures. Only those people who have been trained by the dragons themselves in the techniques of Dragon Slaying can fight on an equal footing with them. No magic can kill these creatures. It's worth noting that all Dragonslay abilities don't apply to Acnologia. He has become too powerful, and in order to defeat him, it is necessary to solve a very difficult task. Serious damage can only be inflicted by dragons in battle with their brethren.

Dragons in Fairy Tail are very smart and wise creatures. They speak the language of people, thanks to which they can freely communicate with them and exchange knowledge and experience. For example, the movie Fairy Tail: The Dragon's Lament tells of a powerful artifact that was created by the intense desperation and fury of the dragons. This weapon was stolen, so Fairy Tail was asked to return such a powerful item.
