Flowers are perhaps one of the best decorations for any landscape and home. We love them, grow them ourselves, take care of them daily. Often we even buy paintings with images of flowers. But what if you wanted to draw a bouquet yourself? Take, for example, one of the cutest flowers, pansies.

Required supplies

For work we need:

• simple pencil;
• sheet of thick white paper;
• ordinary eraser;
• colored pencils or paints (optional).

Let's take a closer look at how to draw pansies step by step.

Stage one

Before starting work, you should decide what you want to see in your drawing. It can be a clearing strewn with pansies, or just a large image of your favorite flower. If you decide to depict a full-fledged flowerbed of ornamental plants, then you should immediately draw several bases for pansies flowers. If you presented one large beautiful flower, then one will be enoughcircle.

Let's analyze the option with several colors. First, draw a few circles in the middle of the sheet. They denote the arrangement of flowers in the composition of the work. These same circles will serve as the basis for the pansies. Next, we draw the petals of each flower. As a rule, in the buds of this plant there are five petals. They are thin at the base and widen towards the borders of the circles. Now we draw the flower buds in detail and erase the extra lines with an eraser.

It is worth noting that pansies can be completely different colors, but two of the petals must grow the same color, and the other three can be variegated.

One unblown flower can be added to the composition of the picture. This will add naturalness to your painting as not all flowers bloom at the same time.

Now, from the base of the buds, draw the stems of the plant and add ribbed elongated leaves.

Second stage

How to draw pansies with colored pencils? If you wish, you can add bright colors to your work. Any plants will become much more beautiful if you give them a natural color. Pansies are quite colorful flowers.

Family colors may include purple, pink and yellow. The top two petals should be painted in a dark shade, and the bottom three should be decorated with a specific wavy pattern in light colors.

Next, paint the stemscolors to dark green. The edging of the leaves of the plant can also be highlighted in dark color, and shade the middle with soft green and draw veins.

Your drawing is almost complete. It remains only to decide on the background of the picture. They can serve as the dense greenery of a forest glade or the blue sky, which will nicely set off the natural color of pansies.
