Incredible body anomalies in the new eponymous documentary series from Discovery

Not everything in our world is perfect. There are many deviations from generally accepted norms and standards. The television program of the Discovery channel called "Anomalies of the Body" will tell about the most extraordinary people in the world, the most terrible diseases, deformities and deviations generated by nature. Not everyone is given a beautiful and proportional body, there are people who have faced very, very unpleasant surprises from birth. What is their life like in our world? What difficulties do they experience? "Anomalies of the Body" is a documentary film that tells about the difficult fate of such people, their aspirations, experiences and relationships with other members of society. The film crew of the project, traveling around the world, collects unusual stories and introduces them to the audience.

This documentary and scientific educational film was released in 2013 and consists of six episodes describing various anomalies of the body. All episodes are freely available and can be viewed online. Each of them is not like the other, each will tell its own story.own unique story.

In the first episode of the film "Anomalies of the Body" we will meet a nine-year-old boy, Jose, who has an unusual growth on his neck, which leaves less and less chances for a successful recovery every day and threatens the death of the child. We also learn the story of the ugliest girl in the world, who has long gotten used to the fact that she is constantly stared at and poked fingers on the street. Instead of finally giving up, she changed her life for the better. In addition, the series will tell about an incredible Indian girl with eight limbs, who urgently needs an operation, as well as a thirty-year-old woman imprisoned in the body of a little girl. Finally, we learn about another Indian girl who is not afraid of being bitten by poisonous snakes.

The second series also consists of several stories. The first of them is about two amazing twins, fused at the head and surviving against all odds. Next, we learn about an Indian man suffering from neurofibromatosis. Because of this genetic disease, the man's face was disfigured by a terrible tumor that has grown to an incredible size. In addition, the second issue will tell about a two-year-old Indonesian kid who is addicted to nicotine and smokes 40 cigarettes a day, as well as about a woman suffering from a rare skin disease, due to which her skin is 10 times thicker than that of an ordinary person.

The third series of the documentary "Anomalies of the Body" will tell us about a five-year-old girl suffering from primordialdwarfism, due to which her height and weight are the same as those of a newborn child, despite the fact that the body has the correct proportions for her age. Next, we will meet a young girl whose body hides a parasitic twin. The next story is about a man with a hole in his face, a survivor of a terrible disease and multiple surgeries. Finally, the third issue will introduce us to the story of an incredible tree man from Indonesia, as well as a little girl covered in wool.

These are far from all the anomalies of the body that we will encounter in the documentary series of the same name. In subsequent episodes, the viewer will also learn the stories of a miracle football player who has no feet since birth, a 66-year-old mother, a boy with snake skin, and many others.
