There are many talented people in the world, each person has great potential. Someone seeks and develops his abilities, someone, on the contrary, does not recognize and drowns them out. It is those people who listen to themselves, to their soul, body and mind, who become truly successful and happy, because, doing what they love, developing and improving their creative inclinations, a person really lives and grows. One of these people is Oleg Lvovich Kudryashov, whose life and work is devoted to this article.
Biography briefly
One fine day, March 29, 1938, Oleg Kudryashov was born - a talented theater director from Russia, who is an Honored Artist of the Russian Federation. Also, O. L. Kudryashov is a professor at the directing department at the Russian Institute of Theater Arts and the artistic director of the course. Oleg Kudryashov did not make films, he is a theater director.
Studied in KalininskyState University at the Faculty of History and Philology. From 1958 to 1962 he was the head of an amateur theater studio in Kalinin. He also studied at the Russian Institute of Theater Arts (GITIS) at the directing department. While studying at GITIS, Oleg Kudryashov taught acting skills to people in the studio at the Romen Gypsy Theater, as well as at the Theater of the Young Spectator.
After graduation, O. L. Kudryashov had experience in television and radio, as well as in the Theater of the Soviet Army. After that, director Kudryashov Oleg returned to Moscow and since 1970 worked at GITIS for 20 years. At the moment, he is one of the leaders and teachers in two faculties, the first of which is the faculty of musical theater, and the second is directing.
Then the talented director O. L. Kudryashov became the head of the creative laboratory of amateur theaters. In 1986 he became one of the members of the International Amateur Theater Associations. Since 1988, the director has been leading seminars and schools using the Stanislavsky system, and has also taught acting classes in countries such as Italy, Denmark, Algeria, Germany, France, Hungary.
Creativity. Outstanding Works
At the age of 48, O. L. Kudryashov, together with Yu. Kim and V. Dashkevich, created the musical theater "Third Direction" under the Union of Composers of the Russian Federation. In this theater, many had the opportunity to see such productions as "Breakfast with a view of Elbrus","Moscow cuisine", "When I return", "Do not leave me, spring", "Here you are not Paris, not Vienna" and others.
The talented trinity (O. L. Kudryashov together with Yu. Kim and V. Dashkevich) in 1988 managed to put on a performance called "The Bedbug" at the GITIS course. However, this performance became much more famous than expected, admiration, recognition and success awaited it. The performance was shown at the Theater of the Soviet Army, which was located in Moscow. Then the play was shown in Europe, including countries such as Switzerland, Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Greece.
Another outstanding work directed by O. L. Kudryashov was the production of "Antigone" (2005, November 17), which was based on the tragedy of Sophocles. The performance was the debut as a dramatic actress for E. Kamburova. The production of "Antigone" was an incredible success and was highly appreciated by critics. Many believe that the director's idea, according to which Elena Kamburova played all the main roles, was the key to success and a feature of the production.
Awards
Director Oleg Kudryashov is a laureate of the Stanislavsky Prize.
Also, O. L. Kudryashov is an Honored Artist of the Russian Federation and has a medal of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, 2nd degree.
Director's thoughts
At the moment, the director is 80 years old and continues to pass on his knowledge and skills to the next generation. O. L. Kudryashov noticed some thingswhich, in his opinion, prevent future actors from developing their potential.
The first problem is that money comes first for them, i.e. they will work where they pay more, which, in the director's opinion, does not give the actors a sense of freedom.
The second problem is that young people are increasingly absorbing the virtual world. Now people have begun to look at each other less and less, they have stopped trying to imbue a person, understand him, get into his soul. Looking at each other, we see some virtual image that we ourselves have come up with, and it does not always correspond to reality. And for actors, it matters a lot. After all, as Oleg Kudryashov says, because of this, we are getting poorer and losing some depth. The director is of the opinion that the main thing for an actor is a kind of contagiousness, a gift to carry along.
