Childhood and youth

Nina Shatskaya, whose biography will be discussed further, was born on March 16, 1940 in the city of Moscow. From an early age, she stood out from her peers with a variety of talents. The teachers especially noted the girl's excellent vocal abilities and good hearing. At school, she was engaged in singing for a long time, planning to connect her adult life with the stage. However, later she gave preference to an acting career, applying for admission to the State Institute of Theater and Satire. Career development

Thanks to fruitful cooperation with director Elem Klimov, the actress began to receive numerous filming offers. Another success for Nina Shatskaya came in 1968, when she was invited to the musical comedy "White Piano". Here, the actress got the image of Alla Arsenyeva, a musicologist obsessed with the idea of finding lost artifacts from certain eras.

Then for Nina Shatskaya followed the famous role in the film "Contraband". While working on the film, the actress was lucky enough to appear on wide screens in a duet with Vladimir Vysotsky himself. Together, the artists prepared a song and performed it in one of the episodes of the picture. In 1969, Nina and Valery had their first child, who was named Denis. The son of celebrities also decided to connect life with high art. In 1988, he received a diploma from a music school. Then he studied as a director at VGIK. Later Denis went to the theological seminary. Today he is a minister of a temple in the Moscow region.

The second husband of Nina Shatskaya was the outstanding Soviet actor Leonid Filatov. Despite the fact that the famous couple did not have common children, they lived a long, happy life together.
