After 14 years, the long-awaited sequel to Spielberg's cult films Jurassic Park has been released. The new picture has become the fourth part of the famous story about dinosaurs. The actors of "Jurassic World" were selected with particular scrupulousness, because the success of the film largely depended on them. Storyline

The action takes place 22 years after the events of the previous part. The founder of the park, inhabited by dinosaurs, John Hammond left this world and passed his legacy into the hands of Simon Masrani. He divided the island of Nublar into 2 areas, one of which remained a wild habitat for dangerous creatures, and the second turned into one of the best themed attractions in the country. However, the insatiable public got bored with boring old-fashioned entertainment, so attendancefalls rapidly. In order to remedy the situation, it was decided to artificially breed a new species of dinosaur called Indominus Rex. The situation takes an unexpected and dangerous turn when the animal gets out of control. While the adult actors of Jurassic World are trying to curb the mad monster, Zach and Gray Mitchell, who are the nephews of the administrator of the park Claire, go there to visit their aunt, but accidentally end up in the northern part of the reserve, over which the Indominus Rex, who has escaped to freedom, has established his dominance.

Creators

Hundreds of people joined the crew and worked hard for many months to create the film "Jurassic World". Actors and the roles they play are, of course, of great importance for the success of any film, but an exciting and high-quality script, as well as its excellent implementation, is of no small importance. The plot was given into the hands of five authors at the same time. Among them are the permanent duo of Amanda Silver and Rick Jaffe, who worked together on the Planet of the Apes reboot, as well as Colin Trevorrow and Derek Connolly, for whom the feature film debut was Safety Not Guaranteed. But Michael Crichton worked on the characters, in fact, the author of the original work.

Chris Pratt

The main question for the creators of the picture during the auditions in the first place was the main actor. "Jurassic World" attracted many famouspersonalities such as Josh Brolin and Henry Cavill, but the coveted role eventually went to Chris Pratt, whose participation in any film at the present time already speaks of the expected success. After playing a key character in Guardians of the Galaxy, the actor not only gained a new, slender body, dropping 18 kilograms, but also became one of the most sought-after in Hollywood. In the film in question, he embodied the image of the dinosaur tamer Owen Grady. It is to his lot that the hunt for the escaped monster falls, and the rest of the actors of the "Jurassic World" tirelessly help him in this.

First plan

It's hard to imagine at least one film in which there would be no romantic line. Owen's passion is precisely Aunt Claire, who works as an administrator in the park and also finds herself in the thick of the main events. Her role was played by Bryce Dallas Howard, who previously could be seen in the films "The Help", "The Secret Forest" and "Life is Beautiful". Also, the youngest actors of the "Jurassic World" become the central characters. We are talking about budding performers Ty Simpkins and Nick J. Robinson, who played the Mitchell brothers. The first, at the age of 14, has already starred in such well-known films as Revolutionary Road, Astral and Iron Man 3. And the second before that was seen only in one full-length film "Kings of Summer", as well as in several TV shows.

Supporting roles

In addition to them, many other characters dilute the atmosphere of the film "Jurassic Worldperiod". The actors and the roles of the secondary characters performed by them are no less significant and vivid than those of those who are always in the foreground. The head of the military unit, Vic Hoskis, was embodied on the screen by Vinencent D'Onforio, known for the films "Men in Black" and "Full Metal Jacket". The role of the new director of the park is played by the popular actor of Indian origin, Irrfan Khan, who can be seen in the tapes "Life of Pi" and "Slumdog Millionaire". One of Owen's colleagues named Barry was played by the Frenchman Omar Sy, known throughout the world for his brilliant game in "1 + 1", as well as in the 2015 film "Samba". The role of another important employee of the park, Lowery Cruthers, was brought to the film by Jake Johnson, known from the TV series New Girl. And the popular actress Judy Greer has a very small role here: she played the mother of the boys and, accordingly, the sister of the main character. The actors of the film "Jurassic World", of course, filled the plot with fresh and bright colors, because they have nothing to do with the previous parts. However, the same character Dr. Henry Wu, played by B. D., appears in both the original film and the new one. Wong.
