Individual life

Igor Vdovin soon changed his instrument. Instead of a classical guitar, he chose an electric one. Some time with herplayed hard rock. Got into the army. Returning home, he did not leave his hobby and spent another 3 years at a music school. Soon left him forever. The reason was that he got a creative as well as a good income job. The place of his activity was Radio Russia. His duties were to create jingles. To do this, our hero was provided with a recording studio, fully equipped. Igor Vdovin is a composer who, together with his friend, created the Van Gogh Ear project. The Leningrad group soon grew out of it. Such a course of events can be considered quite logical. With the participation of our hero, "Leningrad" developed until the recording of the album "Bullet". In the future, the old friends parted ways. For Vdovin, this group became one of many very funny undertakings, but for Shnurov, the project turned out to be fateful. Our hero admits that this team was born as a fool. He enjoyed joint performances, but the project had to be abandoned, primarily because there was interest indifferent directions in music, in addition, the team exists with difficulty if it has two leaders at once.

The musician did not forget about electronics throughout this period. In the future, he focused precisely on this direction. Sometimes he played records as a DJ. However, he did not like this activity too much. He founded a techno project called "Fathers of Hydrogen". Together with Dan Kalashnik, he directly participated in the recording of the composition "Goodbye, Sea". We are talking about one of the best songs of the album "Hello Superman!", which was released by the duet "Knife for Frau Müller".

By this time, our hero had already become well known among the musicians of St. Petersburg. Many celebrities began to turn to the services of this composer. However, the musician was also involved in small projects. One of them was named "Milk Shake". He gravitated toward the French house style. Our hero produced a significant amount of music. However, she did not attract the attention of the general public. That is why the composer was incredibly surprised when he received an offer to record a solo disc from the Japanese studio Brain Music. This company actually released an album called Light Music For Millions soon after. At that time, our hero was fond of club culture, so the disc turned out to be appropriate.

Group

Igor Vdovin created the Leningrad project, so a few words should be said about it. We are talking about a Russian musical group from St. Petersburg.
