So, imagine that it is not 2016, but the fortieth millennium. This is exactly the kind of time that Warhammer represents. The period in the history of mankind when most of the planets were explored and mastered. Many worlds were not ready to take on the burden of peaceful coexistence, and a great war broke out, which no generation has known. Some alien invaders aim to take over planets. Of course, they will not allow Warhammer (Ultramarines) to take away the great relic - the hammer - which means that a new era is coming in the space world.

Story Brief

The plot begins withthat a Marine named Nidon is ordered to defend the Codex, and at the same time, the Astartes (a Space Marine Chapter) is consumed by a fireball.

Cartoon Warhammer ("Ultramarines") 2010 tells about the events that took place in the fortieth millennium. In such a distant future, people not only mastered other planets, but also encountered various creatures.

As the story progresses, the viewer will see how the captain of the Ultramarines Chapter fights with Proteus (a rookie among the Space Marines) aboard a cruiser. The voice of Ultramarines Space Marine Captain Severus is actor Terence Stamp, who has an extensive filmography.

Proteus disarms Captain Severus in front of the crew and the Ultramarines Space Marines. Despite losing the battle, the squad leader manages to seize the initiative. In turn, having won, he declares that a Space Marine never gives up.

After a little battle, the members of the Space Marines rush to their ship, where the sacred relic - Macragge's hammer is located. Using it in a ceremony, the Ultramarines gain a new partner, Pythol, who pledges allegiance to the Order and prepares for his first mission as a Space Marine.

When the ceremony is over, the squad starts their mission on the planet Mitron. Upon landing on the planet's surface, Captain Severus dispatches a squad, informing them that they must respond to a distress call from Mitron, which was received shortly before all contact with the planet was lost.

The plot continues to developaction in the Warhammer universe. The Ultramarines locate a distress buoy that sends signals from the planet's surface. It is unknown if this alarm is a system alarm.

2010 Warhammer cartoon ("Ultramarines"): a bit of history

In 2010, Games Workshop decided to give fans of the universe mentioned above an animated film adaptation. As often happens, the idea is interesting and well-founded, since the idea of creating the Warhammer universe ("Ultramarines") is not only a bottomless storehouse of ideas, but also excellent material for a full-fledged film or series. However, either the director was not as eminent and professional as we would like, or an insufficiently qualified cameraman, but, taking into account all the factors, the creation visited the screens just for show and did not have much popularity.

It has long been known that films based on computer games are hard and very painstaking work (just watch "Resident Evil"). If Andersen had been entrusted with this project, then, quite possibly, the world would have seen another masterpiece, but it turned out to be such an unexpected and not very successful artistic contribution to the history of Warhammer ("Ultramarines") in 2010.

Computer Universe

In order to describe all the nuances of the Warhammer game universe, you will need to write not one article, but a whole book. A lot of game data is published, there is information about almost all popular platforms that games were released on. Besides, there are a large number of books and comics, which also characterizes the entire gaming universe and the topic of Warhammer ("Ultramarines") that we have touched upon. Of course, only the most dedicated fans can read everything and get acquainted with each game individually. Everyone especially liked the desktop localization of the game. Probably, the passion for Monopoly affected. This game is a great way to have fun.

Analogues

We talked about the cartoon and discussed the general picture of the universe. It's time to look for similar projects that will be filmed this year. And the first game universe that comes to mind is Warcraft. A full-fledged feature film will be made based on this game, which will surely delight its fans and collect a large box office, which Ultramarines failed to do. Perhaps someday there will be a film company that will create a truly masterpiece film not about a big war, but about a beautiful, albeit dark in places, universe. Perhaps Starcraft will join them. Fans of computer games have something to rejoice in terms of film adaptations. There were motion pictures in the past, and this year promises to be interesting in terms of computer adaptations.
