Tula circus after a large-scale reconstruction is preparing to welcome visitors

The work on the reconstruction of one of the oldest establishments, which, thanks to its spectacular performances, has won many fans of absolutely all age categories, is coming to its logical conclusion. The Tula Circus was in a state of repair, which had been waiting for its turn for a long time to acquire an attractive facade.

Interesting facts about the circus life of Tula in the 19th century

The development of circus art in such an ancient city as Tula began at the end of the 19th century. Among the founders of this art form were the Truzzi brothers. They had their own building for incredibly interesting and comical productions, with which they toured all over the world.

After the collapse of the above-mentioned circus, its activity was continued by a building no less popular at that time, which accommodated a fairly large number of people. Among the legendary personalities who headed the Tula circus was Roman Gamsakhurdia: thanks to him, thisthe art industry has become popular with the world community.

For the building in which the Tula Circus was located, 1949 became a landmark. The merciless fire destroyed it beyond recognition, about which not only the townspeople, but the whole country grieved. And only in 1963 the building was restored and equipped with a fire prevention system.

The long-awaited renovation of the circus

Thanks to the current leadership of the region of the same name, funding was also allocated to one of the visiting cards of the city, which is the Tula Circus. The opening after the renovation of the latter is scheduled for the end of this year. If we talk about the state of repair today, then the reconstruction is coming to its logical conclusion. This confirms the local leadership, which keeps this issue under strict control and sensitive guidance of professionals.

It should also be noted that this kind of work, distinguished by such a grandiose scale, is being carried out for the first time in the last thirty years in the Tula region. The closing of the circus for the purpose of reconstruction took place in the summer of 2014. According to preliminary initial estimates, the approximate cost of the work was about 200 million Russian rubles.

Repeatedly in the media appeared information about the planned completion of work at this facility and its large-scale opening, which was planned for September this year.

Renovation Plans

It should be noted that for urbanmanagement was very important factor in the comfort of visitors. Indeed, in the reconstruction project, it was taken into account that it would become an attractive and attracting place for visitors, where you could relax with your family, laugh and get a positive attitude for a long time.

After the work is completed, a huge stage will appear in Tula, which will be ready to accommodate 2,500 visitors and receive touring troupes not only of the all-Russian level, but also of world significance.

Oddly enough, it was the federal budget that became the source of financing for repair work, thanks to which it will once again become possible to visit such an institution as the Tula Circus. The renovation also touched upon the foyer of the building mentioned above, which will appear in a completely different role. The changes affected not only interior solutions, but also the lighting system, which is one of the most important problems.

Opening of the circus after a triumphant reconstruction

The loud and enchanting opening of the building was planned for September, based on plans that were originally built around such a facility as the Tula Circus. The opening, unfortunately, was postponed for a longer period. This date corresponds to the beginning of the winter of the current year.

In addition to internal and external repairs, it was planned to replace engineering communications and premises for the comfortable living of animals participating in amazing circus productions, as well as ventilation and heating systems,which are the components of a well-functioning and uninterrupted operation of the institution.

It should be noted that such a reincarnation of the circus was planned in the recent 2012. According to the project, this place was supposed to become a kind of entertainment complex with the presence of a game zone, halls for watching movies and concerts, and a hotel. But in the future, the city leadership abandoned this idea.
