The smartest in the family, Lipa, was played by Jeremy Allen White, who has incredible charisma. In one of the Shameless episodes, he is told that he looks like Egon Schiele's self-portraits, and it seems that there really is something in this. At least White managed to convey that "anxiety in the look" of Lip, who has to make his way to high society, and he himself is not even sure if he wants to.
For Jeremy himself, the series "Shameless" became a ticket to a big movie and brought popularity. Previously, it could only be seen in amateur films.
Cameron Monaghan - Ian Gallagher
Through the character of Ian, the writers tell the story of a homosexual guy with bipolar disorder. Cameron had to play different things for six seasons - a purposeful boy who wants to be a military man, a teenager whose life has gone downhill, and he tries to forget himself in parties so that at leastthe outer gloss hid the inner fragments of the mentally ill, gathering himself piece by piece. Monahan's talent was noticed not only in the series "Shameless" - the cast of "Gotham" also accepted him into their ranks, and in one of the main roles.

Emma Kinney - Deborah "Debbie" Gallagher
Young actress Emma Kinney got the role of Debbie at the age of 10, so for six years the audience can watch not only how the younger Gallagher grows, but also the talent of the girl who played her. If in the first three seasons Deborah appears as just a sweet, kind and caring girl, then in subsequent seasons Emma manifests herself more - the story of her character is revealed, deep psychological problems, the formation of a teenager's personality, etc.
Ethan Cutkosky - Carl Gallagher
A similar situation with Ethan Cutkosky - on the set of "Shameless" he is going through his puberty and plays him on the screens. Ethan's character, Carl, is also very interesting. "Criminal", a reckless and rude guy, nevertheless, he always stands up for his loved ones, and closer to the sixth season, he completely manifests himself as a very mature person.
"Shameless" is Ethan's only project so far, but it looks like he's still showing off.
Shanola Hampton - Veronica "Vee" Fisher
Fiona's best friend, Vee, was played by Shanola Hampton. By her 38 years, Shanola managed toto light up in many successful projects, she showed herself well in the series Shameless.
