Childhood

Igor Vladimirov was born on January 1, 1919 in the city of Yekaterinoslav, which is currently called the Dnieper. It is known that almost immediately after his birth, the whole family moved to Kharkov.

Education

Starting from 1932, the whole family of the future famous actor and director lived in Leningrad. With the beginning of the war, the life of a young student Vladimirov changed a lot, since already in early July 1941 he became a volunteer of the third rifle regiment of the people's militia army. Together with his second rifle division he fought on the Leningrad front. For his military merits and courage, he was awarded orders and medals. In 1943, Igor Vladimirov was demobilized, as he needed to defend his diploma at the institute.

Work in the design office

Starting from 1943, Igor Vladimirov worked for two years at the Central Design Bureau. He was an engineer. But already at the end of 1944 he was transferred to Leningrad, where he also worked as an engineer until 1947. But he soon realized that he did not like the profession of an engineer, and all this time Igor Petrovich was drawn to the theater.

Theatrical career

In 1948, Igor Vladimirov, an actor known and loved by the whole country, began working in the regional operetta theater in Leningrad. For two years, he successfully combines this work with work in the touring theater.

But in 1949 Igor Petrovich passesat the Lenkom Theatre. Basically, the novice actor Vladimirov was given the role of young heroes. The main roles in this film were played by Mikhail Boyarsky, Elena Solovey and the director himself. The plot of the film develops after the wedding of two lovers. A month after marriage, they begin to quarrel, and here comes the magician who helps everyone, but at the same time he is completely unhappy.

Private life

Actor Vladimirov was married three times. The first wife of the famous actor and director was the actress Zinaida Sharko. In this marriage, Igor Petrovich had a son, Ivan.
