Stepan Korshunov is a film and theater actor, film director, screenwriter and cameraman. He is the successor of the famous Russian theatrical dynasty of the Korshunovs.

Stepan Korshunov was born on May 22, 1978 in Moscow in a famous family.

Mom is theater designer Olga Korshunova.

In 2007 he graduated from the directing department of the Higher Courses for Scriptwriters and Directors (workshop of V. Fokin and A. Surikova).
During his studies, he directed the short film "Pasta" (2005) and directed the short film "Silencio" (2006) according to his own script. He also acted as a cinematographer for the short film "The Fragment" (2007) in collaboration with director N. Nikonenko.
