To draw a car with a pencil, you must first choose a model and imagine the configuration of its basic shapes and parts. For our art work, we chose a simple drawing of a racing car. Having imagined its shape, we lightly draw a trapezoidal sketch on the paper, as shown in the figure.

Then add another shape to it. We do everything exactly as in the figure, where the red color indicates the drawing of this stage, where you are now. We take into account all the angles and the location of the figures - one under the other.

This step is followed by another, where future wheels are added, in the same draft version. Here they resemble an oval here: one wheel is half the size of the other. Look carefully at the picture.

Now another figure is added to the wheels, a kind of parallelogram, which is placed between the wheels, as in the picture.

Next, we connect all our figures with smooth linesso that the outlines of the machine itself appear. Your sketch is almost ready. Do not forget to pay attention to the red lines to simplify the task of visual perception.

Next, we add some additional elements that can decorate our car. These are the following elements: highlights, reliefs, outlines of the door, headlights, bumper, etc. Everything is indicated in red in the figure.

Here is the sketch now ready to be painted.
