Life on the planet and the course of events seem to us in motion from the simplest to the complex. We consider ourselves highly evolved beings, compared to our ancestors. We can roughly imagine what path a person followed, how from a monkey we gradually turned into upright creatures with high intelligence. True, there is already a discrepancy with the Christian Bible here, but religion is not a compulsory subject, but history is.
