Andrey Knyshev is a well-known satirist writer, one of the greatest and most talented contemporary comedians. He received wide recognition after he became one of the very first members of the jury in the KVN humorous program beloved by millions of viewers. Knyshev Andrei Garoldovich was born in Moscow in November 1956. By a fateful coincidence, this program was watched by the deputy chairman of the State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company. After watching it, she dropped that exactly such guys as the winners of this program should work for them at the State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company. Members of the youth edition heard the wishes of the deputy chairman and took them into account. Andrei received an offer of cooperation from them, and a year later, when the distribution of graduates took place at his university, he received it officially.

Having got to the Central Television of the USSR in the 80s, Andrey Knyshev began working on the program "Merry Fellows". Before him, the leader of the project was the legendary Alexander Maslyakov, and the program was conducted in the format of a certain impromptu competition. Transmission in a similar format was appreciated by viewers not only in Knyshev's homeland. Foreign colleagues also noticed him, constantly bombarding him with proposals for cooperation. Andrey did not refuse especially profitable and interesting ones.

In his life he had experience of working with overseas broadcasters such as PBS and TBS. For the film, created jointly with the first company, Andrey Knyshev was even nominated forreceiving the most prestigious Emmy Award.

Having a tremendous experience of working abroad, Knyshev returned to Russia, where he continued to engage in his work. In just a couple of years, he managed to develop several TV projects, including “Show-Good”, “200 Pleasures” and “Duplkich, or the growl of the lambs.”
