Early years

Alina Sergeeva was born on February 10, 1983 in the city of Chelyabinsk. From an early age she was fond of dancing, playing musical instruments and singing. As a child, she attended classes in a theater group. In high school, the girl decided not to connect her future with art, after which she began to study physics and mathematics in depth. However, interest in cinema and theater still prevailed. Closer to the end of school, our heroine returned to playing on stage again.

Having received a diploma of secondary education, Alina Sergeeva went to the capital. Once in Moscow, she applied for admission to several prestigious universities at the same time. The girl intended to become a student of such institutions as the Moscow Art Theater, GITIS and VGIK. However, Sergeeva was never enrolled anywhere, failing her exams. According to Alina, the reason for the failure was her inexpressive appearance, which the examiners paid close attention to.

After failing the entrance exams, the girl found herself left to herself in a big unfamiliar city. Salvation for her was an acquaintance with Konstantin Avdeev, a comrade from Chelyabinsk, who sheltered Alina in a hostel room. It was here that Sergeeva lived until the start of a new set at GITIS, where our heroine was enrolled on the second attempt, having entered the course of the outstanding artist Gennady Khazanov.

Work in the theater

In 2004, Alina Sergeeva successfully graduated from GITIS, after which she began to receive offers to perform at various creative venues in the capital. At first, the aspiring actress worked at the Chekhov Theater. Then she moved to the Theater on Malaya Bronnaya.

It should be noted that Alina Sergeeva managed to loudly declare herself as a talented artist already in the first performance. Such for the actress was the production of "Three Sisters", where she delightfully revealed the complex image of one of the main characters named Cordelia.

Then followed the appearance of Alina Sergeeva in a whole series of successful plays. The young actress became a real star of such performances as: "Hot Heart", "Moulin Rouge", "Death of Tarelkin", "Our Parents' Sexual Neuroses". After such a successful debut on the theater stage, the girl began to receive offers to participate in television projects.

Film shooting

For the first time on wide screens, the young theater actress Alina Sergeeva appeared in 2004. The debut work for our heroine in this field was the participation in the filming of a tape with a fairy tale plot called “The Legend of Kashchei, or in search ofthe thirtieth kingdom. It is worth noting that the artist only sporadically appeared in the frame. However, the fact of participation in the project did not go unnoticed.

Almost immediately after the end of filming in her debut film, Alina Sergeeva was offered a role in the melodramatic television series Listening to Silence. It was this film that allowed our heroine to receive the status of a real star of the domestic screen. By the way, for shooting in the presented picture, the actress received several prestigious awards at Russian film festivals.

Alina's next success was in 2008, when she was invited to star in the television drama The Lodger. In total, Sergeyeva has shot more than two dozen domestic films.
