Its uniqueness also lies in the fact that it has several underground rooms, two of which are technical. The building has fourteen elevators. Among them there are trucks and special ones for wheelchair users.

Above the ground, the building has seven floors. There are halls, rehearsal rooms, service rooms, a buffet and so on. Twenty dressing rooms are provided for artists. They are designed for a different number of people: there are two, four and ten seats.

The Opera and Ballet Theater (Vladivostok) is the Primorsky branch of the St. Petersburg Mariinsky Theatre.
