A few years ago, Oliver Queen and his father went missing. The city and family declared them dead. But years later, the once typical representative of golden youth Oliver rises from the dead and returns to his hometown. But he has changed a lot: he learned to shoot a bow, fight and kill.

Oliver returned to avenge his father and restore justice in his hometown. But not everyone is happy about the return of the millionaire. There are many episodes in the Arrow episode list where villains prey on city officials and Oliver himself.

In Arrow Season 4, Laurel struggles to come to terms with the death of her sister Sarah. She and Thea go to Nanda Parbat, where the head of the order revives Sarah. But she returned different - more cruel and embittered. At the same time, Oliver and Felicity break up.

Episode 9-16 Summary

Oliver starts his campaign by cleaning up a dump in the city. But the "ghosts"slumber and attack the townspeople. Quinn can't find the perpetrators, and inaction wears him out. Attacking the team and injuring Felicity causes Oliver to make several mistakes.

The situation is saved by Roy Palmer, who decided to return to the city. Felicity continues to worry that with her injury, she will become a burden on the team. Her condition worsens when she learns that the villain named Calculator is her father.

16-23 episodes

The relationship between Felicity and Oliver remains strained. But because of a new villain, they have to pretend to be a couple. Palmer-Tack is under attack: the criminal needs a chip implanted in Felicity's spine. An unexpected ally comes to the rescue.

Laurel receives a tempting offer - the position of district attorney. But the girl is tormented by doubts: having become a prosecutor, she will have to abandon the Black Canary. During the attack, Dark injures Laurel. The team takes her to the hospital, but the doctors can't save her.

Laurel's death had a profound effect on the team. Everyone feels guilty for the death of the Canary. Lance cannot come to terms with the loss of his daughter and decides to resurrect her. But Nissa refuses.

The only way to deal with Dark is magic. And while Oliver is looking for a magical solution to the problem, Felicity turns to her father for help. In the final duel, the Arrow team will have to exert maximum strength to cleanse the city of Dark's influence.
