The Simpsons is one of the most popular animated series in the world. This family has deservedly climbed the career ladder and attracted crowds of fans. And many of them wanted to know how to draw the Simpsons? Drawing a famous family is not very difficult if you keep the proportions at the beginning of the drawing. Therefore, when the characters start to turn out well, you can try to create your own comic. Consider how to draw the male part of the family, namely: Homer Simpson, the head of the family, and his son Bart.
To work, you will need colored pencils, felt-tip pens or a tablet (if you want to draw on a computer).
Start with how to draw Homer Simpson.
1. Let's draw two circles: a large one, and on top of it - a small one. This is the body of the future Homer. Above them we draw a small oval and connect it with circles, and below we outline the legs. It is important at this stage to observe proportions so that the drawing turns out to be correct. Next, you need to draw the middle line along the oval and circles. This will help make the drawing symmetrical. Next we outline the hands. Pay attention to the length of the arms and legs. It doesn't have to be the same!
2. Let's start drawing the face. First you need to draw two circles-eyes and a nose between them. Further under the nose we depict a mouth (and for Homer - bristles). To do this, you can first draw a circle, and then divide it, if it is more convenient for you.
3. We outline the upper eyelid and ear on the previously prepared oval. Let's draw the teeth. And now just circle the oval, expanding it a little. If the proportions were correctly observed at the first stage, you will see the perfect head of Homer Simpson! Watch the proportions carefully, as drawing the Simpsons will only be easy when you follow this rule.
4. Let's draw the hair - the letter "M" above the ear and a couple of hairs on the crown. Draw the collar as shown in the illustration.
5. We connect the circles that we depicted in the first stage with one line. Next, on both sides of the collar, draw the sleeves and arms to the wrist. Please note that the sleeve is slightly wider than the character's arm.
6. We draw fingers. On Homer's right hand, the fingers are bent - he is holding a can of beer. Separate the character's shirt from the pants and draw the pants as shown in the illustration. The important thing is that Homer's shirt and pants are visible behind his left arm, don't forget that!
7. We draw shoes and a can of beer. Typical Homer is ready. It can be colored to complete the picture. Now you know how to draw The Simpsons, or at least one of them.
Next, consider how to draw Bart Simpson. This little bully is much easier to portray than Homer.
1. We draw a circle - this is Bart's future belly. Above it is a tin can with nine teeth - a head and hairstyle. It is advisable to mark the neck and sleeve, and draw a line of symmetry and contours of the face on the head. Draw legs under the circle.
2. We depict the nose and ear. We connect the stomach with the neck and finish drawing the mouth. We depict the hand and fingers, as shown in the illustration. Finish drawing the legs.
3. We draw eyes. Separate the shorts and T-shirt, and also draw the boots.
4. Bart is ready, let's start coloring!
That's it. After a while, you can practice portraying the female half of the family, but this will be somewhat more difficult.
