"Revizorro" is a popular Russian TV show that has a social dimension. This reality show was created to determine the true quality of services provided by restaurants and hotels in the Russian Federation. The popularity of the TV show has led to the fact that the “Revizorro” review of a particular institution has become appreciated by ordinary people who rely on good service. The unchanging presenter Elena Letuchaya visits hotels and restaurants, with the owners of which she does not first agree on the date of the check. The auditor makes an unexpected visit and arranges a total check of all the services provided by the institution. As a result, the “Revizorro” review is formed after analyzing such factors as cleanliness in the kitchens, rooms and toilets, the pricing policy of the institution, and so on. If any violations are found, Elena Letuchaya gives a negative assessment after her revision. Most often, on a reality show, you can see how in restaurants they hang around visitors and offer them dishes from low-quality products, violation of sanitary standards and rudeness of the attendants. The presenter makes her assessment with the help of modern tests and personal experience. If the audit is successful, Elena Letuchaya awards the institution with a sign with the inscription "Revizorro", which is proudly placed onentrance. It is worth noting that this plate helps to increase the number of visitors / customers in the institution. Letuchaya's task is to convey truthful information about public institutions to the Russians, as a result of which she often has to deal with conflicts during filming.

What are the reasons for the high ratings of "Revizorro"

Now the ratings of the TV show are quite high, and this is largely due to the presence of a large number ofconflicts and quarrels. In 2015, "Revizorro" was released - season 3, which is no less popular than the previous two. In total, the Revizorro team has visited 25 Russian cities over the history of its project, where they discovered completely different establishments, some of which were awarded a prestigious plaque.

A case in Krasnoyarsk

In the list of all issues of "Revizorro" there were those that were marked by the greatest conflict. In particular, Elena Letuchaya was prevented from giving an objective “Revizorro” review in Krasnoyarsk. Already at the entrance to one of the local restaurants, the Revizorro film crew was greeted with a fight. The owner of the restaurant and security guards interfered with filming the material. During this skirmish, expensive filming equipment was almost damaged, one of the cameramen was beaten, and the presenter's arm was nearly twisted. Police officers were called to the scene and helped to resolve the conflict.

A case in Anapa

Also on the TV channel "Friday" "Revizorro" surprised the behavior of the staff of the cafe "Irina", which is located in Anapa. The film crew of the program was allowed into the institution, but guards were assigned to it. One of the security officers began to get involved in a conflict with the operators and called for reinforcements of other guards and all the working staff. As a result, one of the operators had a torn lip, and the second ambulance team diagnosed serious injuries as a result of kicking. It is reported that the manager of the establishment during the shooting of the material furiously ran around the kitchen in search of a knife, but, fortunately, hismanaged to stop in time.

After Revizorro released its first issue, the program immediately became popular not only with ordinary viewers, but also with other equally demanding critics. Often the presenter is even thanked for her attentiveness, which made it possible to find shortcomings that had not been given much attention before.
