When Moscow doors are closed
To say that the competition of vocalists in Moscow is "high" is to say nothing, in this context the word "crazy" is more appropriate. The artist herself admits that she knocked on many closed doors for a long time and unsuccessfully - at first no one saw or recognized her talent. The beginning of the Moscow musical career was very difficult - it was singing in a karaoke club. Later, Polina was promoted to the position of administrator, it was a hard labor that did not bring any creative satisfaction. There was no talk of any self-realization.
It lasted two years. Then Polina got lucky. She began teaching vocals to Suvorov cadets at the Moscow Military Music School. Military discipline and creative life - it would seem that the concepts are not very compatible. But Polina always managed to be on friendly terms with her students, she was a favorite teacher at the school, and even now she knows how to combine discipline with creative notes. Four years of difficult musical life in Moscow with such results is a great option forprovincial visiting girl. But not for Polina Konkina. Nothing was ending, everything was just beginning.

Polina made her choice at the height of emotions, as a result, she started the competition in the team of Dima Bilan, although she always wanted to get to Alexander Gradsky.
This decision, strange at first glance, gave the audience a magnificent and legendary duet of Polina Konkina and Gela Guralia Tell Him, which is rightfully recognized as the best duet of all seasons of the Russian Voice. On the other hand, this duet almost became the end of Polina's performances in the future, when Bilan left Gela in the project duet rival. Thank God, Alexander Gradsky took Polina to him. This fact made it possible for Polina's talent to truly unfold, to show himself to the audience, to win their love, to acquire loyal fans. Polina Konkina has become a real star. Not all members of the "Voice" have achieved such popularity and recognition. Rare voice timbre - soft and gentle, magnificent plasticity and stage artistry, brightappearance, high musical culture, non-trivial choice of songs - qualities that are rarely found in the modern stage.
