The future creator of "Winnie the Pooh" was born at the end of November 1941. Eduard received his education, as befits a professional, at the Stroganov School.

Nazarov did not start releasing his own projects on the screen right away: at first he worked as a draftsman in the team of Mikhail Tsekhanovsky. Tsekhanovsky is mostly known as the creator of the old Soviet cartoons "Tsvetik-Semitsvetik" and "The Frog Princess". Over time, Mikhail Mikhailovich made Eduard Nazarov his assistant.

Move up the career ladder to the status of an artist-The director succeeded only in the team of another animator - Fyodor Khitruk ("Fly-Tsokotuha", "Scarlet Flower").

Also, since the late 70s, Eduard Vasilyevich has been teaching. And in 1993, the artist managed to organize his own cartoonist school-studio.

As a production designer, Eduard Nazarov released three cartoons of 10 minutes each about the adventures of a bear who loved honey very much. The script for the cartoons was developed by Fyodor Khitruk and writer Boris Zakhoder based on the work of the same name by Alexander Miln.

In fact, Fyodor Khitruk was considered the director of the project. He solved many issues, for example, those related to the selection of voice actors, developed the general concept of the cartoon. Nazarov also held the position of production designer, along with a certain Vladimir Zuykov.

The series about Winnie the Pooh refers to hand-drawn cartoons. Actors such as Evgeny Leonov, Erast Garin, Iya Savvina were invited to voice the characters. In order for the artists' voices to fit well into the overall humorous concept, they were passed through an accelerator to make them sound more comical.

"Once upon a time there was a dog" is already an independent project of Nazarov. And I must say, pretty good.

The plot of this hand-drawn film is simple, but the audience fell in love with it for one very hilarious scene at the end. The action begins with the fact that a dog lives in a Ukrainian peasant family, which serves the owners faithfully. But because of his old age, he is driven out into the street. The hungry old dog is helped by his first enemy - the wolf, whom the dog used to chase. The wolf helps to put on a "performance", as a result of which the old dog is again accepted into the master's house. However, the main character does not forget his fanged friend: he secretly takes him to a village wedding and feeds him with scraps from the table. Relaxed, the wolf howls and scares away all the guests. The following replicas became the signature phrases of the cartoon: “Sho, again?” and “I’ll sing right now!”.

Eduard Nazarov for his work received an award at the French festival in Annecy, as well as the prize of the International Film Festival in Tours and Odense.

The plot for the animated film was written by Fyodor Khitruk based on the Czech fairy tale by Milos Macourek. Khitruk also directed this project. As for Nazarov, he was part of the multiplier team.

The cartoon is about the lion Boniface, who serves in the circus. When he enters the arena, he begins to pose as a vicious predator. Off stage, Boniface is kind and affectionate, and also loves his grandmother very much. Remembering that he had not visited her for a long time, Boniface asks the director of the circus andgoes on vacation. While sailing on a steamer to Africa, the lion indulged in dreams about how he would fish in the lake. But his plans were not destined to come true. Instead of fishing and relaxing, the circus performer had to entertain Aboriginal kids.

E. Nazarov also continues to make animated films these days, but already as the director of an animation studio called "Pilot".
