Not like everyone else
A four-eared creature was born on the moon, from where it fell onto our planet. Belonging to the race of the fallen moon bees, Luntik has an analytical mind. Despite the fact that he is only five years old, he is able to evaluate the actions of earthly inhabitants, draw appropriate conclusions and reason reasonably.
As a character, Luntik is presented exclusively as a positive hero. On our planet, he quickly finds "earthly" relatives in the person of the bees of the woman Kapa and grandfather Sher, a general by rank. They become for him "adult" teachers, to whom he turns for help or advice.
The grasshopper Kuzya and the ladybug Mila become new friends of the unusual creature. In contrast to them, other characters of Luntik were created: the harmful caterpillar brothers Vupsen and Pupsen, Spider Shnyuk, often hiding fromsurrounding behind a mask of indifference, a quick-witted little bee and an earthworm-inventor Korney Korneevich. Various representatives of the insect world often appear in the episodes: butterflies, ants, beetles, fish and others. Each episode focuses on a different topic and has little to no connection to the previous episode.

The hero's mother, animation artist Darina Schmidt, works a lot in the animation field. The character of Luntik, of course, remains for her not only the most famous, but also the most beloved. According to Darina, together with the head of the scenario group of the Melnitsa studio, Alexander Boyarsky, they developed not only the appearance, but also the inner qualities of the hero for a long time. Among the wide variety of screen characters, he had to stand out noticeably. How did this character turn out?
Luntik is primarily a role model for young viewers, who make up the bulk of the entire audience. The inhabitants of the glade, where the action of the series of the same name takes place, love him for his simplicity and kindness.
