Darren Aronofsky has always been able to hook the viewer, to touch a nerve, you understand it instantly, you just have to study the criticism of the film "Black Swan" - the reviews are blatantly bright, but rather contradictory.
However, the viewer is intrigued, and regardless of his social class, level of education, gender and age. Aronofsky's films are like a sunstroke: a merry-go-round in my head, a haze in front of my eyes, there is a catastrophic lack of air, but you fly and fly. Most likely, it is for this that snobs and film critics do not like him. And how else, because the creator manages to seat on the same bench while watching the "Black Swan" a peasant peasant and an esoteric, and the first will see in the picture only a lesbian show and insane madness, and the second will like the morality, style and structure of the film. At the same time, the film "Black Swan", reviews of which are categorical and contradictory, does not allow us to fully realize what exactly was on the mind of the director.
Black Swan -brilliant Natalie Portman
The hype in the press and in the cinematic environment is caused by the participation in the film of the beautiful Natalie Portman, who played the role of a diligent and scrupulous promising ballerina who danced to frightening demonic visions in the mirrors. The psychological film "The Black Swan", including Natalie Portman, or rather the story of her heroine, suggests the thought, but is the desire for complete perfection worth losing touch with reality, damaged mind and life in general?
Watching the change in the state of the main character, you involuntarily begin to understand what the director is gently hinting at. Even without watching the picture "Black Swan", just scrolling through the reviews, you begin to think that maybe sometimes you don't need to so zealously strive to get to know your second, dark "I" better. And suddenly you awaken something inside yourself that, breaking out, will destroy your life. Just like the awakened Black Swan slowly pecked out the meager brains of the main character Nina. Gradually, the girl is overcome by persecution mania, hallucinations, split personality and unmotivated aggression. And it all started so harmlessly: the director of the ballet reproached the main character for being constrained and not passionate enough in the role of the Black Swan. The heroine Natalie, in an effort to be the best, despite the fear and dissatisfaction in her personal life, tries to free herself and, as a result, slowly begins to "fly off the coils." Absolutely all reviews written for the film "Black Swan" emphasize that whatthe closer the premiere of the production, the stronger the obscurantism of the main character.
Chamber atmosphere of the film: spying on the intimate life of the characters
The most stupid and ridiculous thing to do with this movie is to accuse it of secondary or vulgarity. There are several piquant moments in the film, let's not hide, and drugs, and men, and offers to "touch yourself", but it's hard to call it immoral how it's all shown to the viewer. The psychological thriller Black Swan is not strictly meant for those who love ballet or Natalie Portman. It is addressed to those viewers who are indescribably delighted when it is not clear where is reality and where are hallucinations.
