It is located on the territory of the Spaso-Andronikov monastery, which was built in the XIV century. One of the most famous icon painters in the world, Andrei Rublev, worked and lived here. It is interesting that in the window openings of the main cathedral there are still frescoes painted by him. The museum collection consists of 5000 icons. There are works by Dionysius, frescoes, books written and illustrated by hand.
Vasnetsov House-Museum
