Ekaterina Durova became truly happy when she met her second husband, Vladimir Ershov. They have been married for over 30 years. In this family union, a son, Ivan, was born in 1986.

For Ekaterina, her parents, who have been married for over 50 years, were a positive example of family life. Unfortunately, they are no longer there, mother Irina Nikolaevna passed away in 2011, father Lev Konstantinovich in 2015. Catherine always considered herself a father's daughter, laughing, saying that she was connected with her father by one umbilical cord.
