If you are a fan of Russian cinema, you have probably already heard about such a wonderful actress as Elena Muravyova. Or maybe even watched films with her participation. For those who only recently saw her in one of the roles, it will be interesting to know a few facts from the biography of the actress.

The future actress was born in Moscow on April 8, 1982, but immediately after school she went to try her luck in St. Petersburg.

Study

Like many stars of contemporary Russian cinema, Elena Muravyova started out in theater. Immediately after school, the girl conquered the admissions committee of the St. Petersburg GATI and got on the course of Sergei Parshin, where she studied until 2004. At the same time, her acting life began on the stage of theater and cinema.

Interestingly, unlike many aspiring actors, the stage was not her childhood dream. Elena Muravyova admits that she decided to enter rather at random, and this thought came to mind only while studying in high school.

Theatre

Elena's professional acquaintance with the theater took place quite early. Already at the age of 17, she entered the service there. But not an actress, butso far only the administrator of the theater.

Returned to the stage is not just a schoolgirl, but a student. Returned to the theater Elena Muravyova - an actress! It happened right after graduation, and from 2004 to 2013 our heroine devoted herself to the Moscow New Drama Theatre.

Cinema

Elena Muravyova received the greatest popularity among the audience by taking part in Sergei Sentsov's film "Fizruk".

A bright woman and at the same time a strict head of the school Elvira Petrovna captivated the audience. According to the majority, Muravyova superbly brought to life the image of a thunderstorm of the teaching staff. For several seasons in a row, she played the fearless school queen on the same platform with Dmitry Nagiyev. Thanks to her, the comedy series was enriched with many funny episodes featuring Elvira Petrovna.

But by this time she already had several dozen roles. Elena began her career on the big screen in the year she graduated from the university. In parallel with her work in the theater in 2004, our heroine starred in the TV series Mongoose 2. Then she was invited to participate in various multi-part, full-length and short films. Elena worked not only with Russian directors, but also took part in Ukrainian, Romanian (Sunset, 2015) films.
