Vladimir Nesterov - folk singer
Every Russian person knows the names of A. S. Pushkin, N. A. Nekrasov, S. A. Yesenin, A. A. Blok. These are great poets who gave their voice to the common people. With A. S. Pushkin, the development of the Russian literary language began. N. A. Nekrasov and Sergei Yesenin introduced the theme of the peasantry and the life of the poor into our literature, grandeur and courage are heard in the musical poems of A. A. Blokmultinational Russia, the clatter of Scythian horses, the play of Tatar blood.
But besides the great poets, there are second-order authors who are rarely talked about seriously.
Such poets have a certain talent, they have an originality, they have a personality. Their work is not as multifaceted as the works of great geniuses, their voice sounds quieter and simpler, but, despite this, it is precisely such versifiers - poets of the second order, who have always had and still have the most important influence on the minds of the young generation of contemporaries. People for whom poetry is not art in the generally accepted sense of the word, but a way to convey some truth to others, to talk about an important event using rhythm and rhyme. Such poets of the second order include, for example, Demyan Bedny, Nikolai Petrovich Ogarev, Nikolai Klyuev and others. These authors include the modern Mordovian poet Vladimir Nesterov. The biography of this writer has not yet been fully described, so it is worth dwelling on it in more detail.

In the 1990s, the poet worked for some time as the head of the national theater in Mordovia and tried to maintain the people's spirit in society, inspire people to believe in the future, no matter what. He refers to this period as "hungry".
Currently, the poet lives in the city of Saransk in Mordovia. He is active in public activities, participates in the Congress of Writers of Russia, attends patriotic events in schools, speaks with interest at literary evenings and meetings.

Vladimir Nesterov – journalist and translator
Currently, Vladimir Nesterov works as a columnist for the Mokshen Pravda newspaper. He never hid and does not hide his social and political position - and this deserves respect. Indeed, the poetry of V. I. Nesterov is quite specific, one may like it or not, but one cannot deny the poet such personal traits as citizenship, fidelity to the word and firmness. He never cheated on himself - and this is a quality that is not inherent in everyone. “We are a single Russian nation,” says V. I. Nesterov, - citizens of a huge great Russia, and then Mordovians, Russians, Tatars, Dagestanis, large and small peoples.”
Being first and foremost a citizen, V. I. Nesterov considers it extremely important to emphasize his belonging to the great multinationalculture, which is the culture of Russia. Therefore, the poet writes both in Russian, in and in the Mordovian languages (moksha). Moreover, he is a translator into his native Mordovian of the Bible for children and some Orthodox liturgies.
Patriotic lyrics by V. I. Nesterov
The biography and work of Vladimir Nesterov are permeated with the image of a powerful and sovereign Russia. Russia in his poems is not an abstract homeland, but an empire on which not only internal stability depends, but also the prosperous and peaceful existence of all peoples on earth. V. I. Nesterov sincerely believes in the high recognition of Russia, in her God's chosenness and originality.
The poet admits that he is inspired by such writers as S. Kinyakin, I. Devin, G. Pinyasov.
The poet tries to respond to every significant event in Russia. So, for example, V. I. Nesterov dedicated a work to the Immortal Regiment procession in which he called on the younger generation to be “worthy” of the feat of their ancestors:
So that the regiment of the Immortals be at peace for us, As well as for the glory of their Motherland!
Landscape and folk lyrics by V. I. Nesterov
In the work of V. I. Nesterov, several main themes can be distinguished: the big and small Motherland, the beauty of nature, the past and future of Russia, philosophical questions about the life calling of a person and his role in the world.
A large number of the poet's works are dedicated to the beauty of his native Mordovia. In the invocative poem "Live, Mordovia!" IN AND. Nesterov confesses his love for his native land, says that he "does not have happiness" in "foreign lands." The text of this poem was set to music and became widely known to the residents of Saransk.
It must be said that the poet always spoke sharply negatively about the praise of life in the West, in a foreign land. In his poems about nature, as well as in patriotic lyrics, V. I. Nesterov remains true to himself - he first of all remains a citizen.
Another distinguishing feature of VI Nesterov's poetry is that he never, even in his youth, wrote about love. The poet believes that love for a woman is not worthy of being described in high poetry. However, the theme of love in the poems of V. I. Nesterov is still present. This is a bright feeling for the Fatherland:
Love is like spring water
Melting the heat in the heart:
I am happy to live
always with you
Shared destiny!
– writes V. I. Nesterov about Mordovia.
Religious poetry by Vladimir Nesterov
The Mordovian poet is a deeply religious person. He goes to services in Orthodox churches, celebrates Christian holidays. V. I. Nesterov is sure that Orthodox education should become an integral part of secular education.
Many of Vladimir Nesterov's poems reflect his religiosity and sincerity of faith. For example, in the work “God bless you,” the poet asks:
God keep me, keep me:
Keep inme Living word.
In these lines, one can feel prayer, praise to God, faith in His power and the poet's request to protect him from unrighteous deeds, to preserve his poetic talent - the "living word". But such a purely personal appeal to God already in the next stanza acquires the motif of the motherland beloved by the poet:
God save Russia for us:
Her special - hard way.
The poet combines the personal and the general, a request to God to help the poet save his talent and a prayer for the well-being of his native country.
Conclusion
Mordovian poet Vladimir Nesterov combines personal and general in his work, describes issues related to individual life and problems that make you think about the Motherland and the path of your people. And let his poems be far from brilliant, but they are sincere, pure and close to many.
