Alexander Vladimirovich Zorich is not the name of a specific writer, but a creativepseudonym under which two authors work: Yana Vladimirovna Botsman and Dmitry Vyacheslavovich Gordevsky.
Yana Botsman was born on August 7, 1973 in Kharkov. She graduated from a local university with two higher educations in applied mathematics and philosophy.
Dmitry Gordevsky was born on March 21, 1973, also in Kharkov. He received his education at the same Kharkiv State University, graduating from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, and later received a diploma in philosophy.
Gordevskiy and Botsman knew each other since childhood: they were neighbors, went to the same school, worked at the same department at the university. The idea to create a creative duet came in 1991 - it was then that the pseudonym Alexander Zorich appeared.
