Private life

Viktor Sergeyev was married twice. For the first time, Alevtina Ivanovna, the mother of the famous cultural figure Nikita Mikhailovsky, became his wife. For a long time Nikita considered Victor his own father, he even got his first creative experience thanks to the efforts of his stepfather. Viktor Anatolyevich helped Nikita get into the movies.

After the death of his first wife, Sergeev married a second time. Irina Kaverzina, costume designer for Lenfilm, became his chosen one.

Viktor Sergeev died in 2006 in Moscow from leukemia, leaving a rich creative heritage to grateful descendants.
