In January 2011, Roman Karimov's melodramatic comedy "Inadequate People" was released on the big screens. The picture tells about the difficult fate of Vitaly, who, after the tragic events, moved to the capital and tried to start a new life. In 2017, Karimov shared information that he was preparing to create a sequel to the film Inadequate People (2011) with the actors who played the main roles in the first part.
Storyline
Karimov's melodrama is not characterized by a rapid development of events, the characters do not have supernatural powers, they are ordinary people. The protagonist of the film is Vitaly Mukhametzyanov. In the past, he lost a loved one. The loss did not allow the man to breathe calmly, and his hometown pressed. Then a friend of Vitaly advised him to change his place of residence. So the man moved to Moscow, rented an apartment, found a job. And a friend who is also a psychologist helps Vitaly get comfortable.
The man thinksthat he found a quiet and peaceful place where he could gain strength. But peace does not last long. It turned out that the quiet and well-mannered Vitaly was surrounded by strange neighbors.
The film "Inadequate People" (2011), the actors and roles of which will be discussed below, received five awards at the "Window to Europe" film festival. One of them, the project was awarded for the excellent acting duet of the two main characters. So, in addition to the excellent script, the picture was also recognized thanks to the actors who literally got used to their roles.
Vitaly Mukhametzyanov
In the film "Inadequate People" (2011), actor Ilya Lyubimov played one of the main roles. His hero is Vitaly. In the past, a man lost his girlfriend. Vitaly blames himself for her death. To escape from feelings of guilt and pain, he moves to Moscow. Vitaly moves into a multi-storey building, finds a quiet and peaceful job, meets a friend who works as a psychologist. He advises Vitaly to start life from scratch and forget everything that happened in his hometown.
A man tries his best to live a quiet and ordinary life. But then it turns out that his mother and daughter became his neighbors, who are used to talking in raised tones. Christina is a rather troubled teenager who decides to diversify her neighbor's boring everyday life.
Vitaly's boss gives him ambiguous signs of attention, while the man himself is trying with all his might to maintain only a working relationship. His partner in the office complains about the family all the time. And even his friend turns outnot who he claims to be. Under such conditions, Vitaly does not even notice how he himself becomes a part of this hectic world.
Christina
The actors of the film "Inadequate People" played a big role in the success of the picture. The debut role of Ingrid Olerinsky, who tried on the image of Christina's neighbor, brought the girl unprecedented popularity. The heroine Ingrid is Christina. He is a troubled teenager who causes many problems for his mother. The girl does not want to study, do her mother's errands, constantly lies and rereads.
However, everything changes when Vitaly becomes a family neighbor. At first, he only helps Christina improve her English, but soon the girl falls in love with an adult man. Christina sees in him everything that all her peers lack: erudition, gallantry, reliability. The girl tries to be as close as possible to Vitaly, so she often pulls him out of his comfort zone and makes him do something unusual. At first, neither Kristina nor Vitaly understand that they have found a kindred spirit in each other.
Julia
Many actors of the film "Inadequate People" (2011) do not have much screen time and only a dozen lines. But even in this way, Roman Karimov managed to fully reveal the images of his heroes. In the film, the role of Christina's mother was played by Marina Zaitseva. Her character is a single mother. She raises her daughter, relying only on her own strength. Because of this, she is often not at home. Like many, Yulia's relationship with the child does not add up. The daughter does not see her as an authoritative adult. When Vitaly moves into the next apartment, the atmosphere in Yulia's house changes.
Psychologist
The secondary characters in The Inadequate People (2011) and the actors who played those roles were often the figures that moved the plot in the right direction. This happened to the main psychologist of the film.
Characters of some of the actors in Inadequate People (2011) were never named. The hero of Evgeny Tsyganov remains without a name throughout the film. But this does not prevent him from being one of the key figures in the film "Inadequate People". At the beginning of the tape, he helps Vitaly settle in Moscow, gives him professional advice, heals emotional wounds. After Julia brings Christina to his reception. And the psychologist already helps her cope with personal torment. And although the psychologist does not appear in the frame so often, it is he who pronounces the most significant phrases of the entire film.
Marina
The role of Marina in the film "Inadequate People" was performed by Yulia Tashkina. Marina is the editor-in-chief of a small magazine. She is used to always getting what she wants, and when Vitaly gets a job in the office, she decides to achieve it at any cost. Her methods sometimes reach the point of absurdity and cause Vitaly continuous inconvenience.
Sveta
Svetlana, played by Anastasia Fedorkova, became Vitaly's officemate. Sveta is a quiet and calm person. She is married and has already had a child. But the girl is unhappy with her life. Husband does not help her with housework, sonshe spends all her time playing games, her mother-in-law always teaches her about life. At work, things are no better. Marina constantly finds fault with Sveta. But it was in this girl that Vitaly found an ally within the walls of the office.
