They set to work with enthusiasm, and on July 18, 1920, local residents saw the play "The Flying Chest" on the stage of the Red Army Club. After a while, "Cat's House" and a few more fairy tales were staged here. But in May 1922, Dmitrieva with her husband and Marshaki left the city, and the puppet theater stopped working. Krasnodar saw new performances only in 1939.
