In November 1956, Roberto Zanetti was born in the Italian town of Massa. From childhood, music was something like a hobby for him, but from the age of 14 he began to learn to play the piano and realized that it was music that could become his future business. While still in high school, he played with various musical groups. It became so important to him that Roberto decided to take his first steps as a musician.

He created the band "Taxi", in which his friend Fornaciari Zucchero played the guitar. It was during this period that Roberto began to write his songs. At first it was a melodic style, then a dance rhythm appeared. In 1983, the group released their first single, it was called "To Miami". It was he who became the impetus for a new successful song that was written for Joey Moon. Roberto is then contacted by two DJs, with whom he produces the single "Incantation" for the Gang. This record became famous in Italy and was the beginning of a collaboration with the famous company Discomagic.

In the autumn of 1983, Roberto creates a composition that becomes a real breakthrough in his career. Single "Don't Cry Tonight" performed by the band"Savage". It was Zanetti's first huge success. At the same time, he takes the pseudonym Robyx, under which he acts as a producer. For the next two years, the Savage group is his main project.

At this time, the album "Tonight" is being recorded, such popular songs as "Only You", "Radio", "Goodbye", "A Love Again" are released now. Roberto concentrates on European tours. In its eastern part, he not only gains popularity, the Savage group has a huge success there! The songs are performed by a soloist with an unusual timbre of voice, and this helps the band to stand out among other Italian performers.

From 1984 to 1986, the Savage group constantly toured. During this time, throughout Europe, she gives more than 300 concerts. Performances are held in Germany and France, Spain and Switzerland, Austria and Greece, Sweden, Portugal and, of course, Italy. The group "Savage" becomes the most demanded, it gains thousands of fans, as the romanticism and melodiousness of the songs touched the hearts and souls of people.

There were times when during performances people just cried, and the girls attacked Roberto with hugs. In 1984, the album "Tonight" was released, it becomes the first for Savage. The group includes songs in it, which then become super hits.

In 1986, Roberto creates his own recording studio and begins his career as a producer. As a keyboardist he is fastmasters digital equipment and computers, with which you can get a new sound. He decides to cover "The Party" in Italian but with a lyrical accent. This is how the single "Not toccarmi il culo dai" appeared. A few months later, he successfully releases about 10 compositions of this genre. In 1988, Zanetti creates a new project - "Ice MC". Compositions such as "Cinema" and "Scream" appear, which become absolute hits. The new group is gaining popularity all over the world. Within a few years, Roberto becomes one of the most famous producers. He sells about 6 million singles and 2 million copies of his new projects. He gives a successful start to such groups as "Double You", "Pianonegro", "Alexia", "Corona". In addition, he records several instrumental compositions that are released in the style of dream house and space dance. And in 2004 and 2006, Roberto performed in front of the Russian audience as part of the Savage group, this happens as part of the popular Disco 80s festival.
