"King of Parodies" - Alexander Peskov was awarded this title in the media. This is, in fact, a very talented person who knows how to transform in a matter of minutes, parodying not only the voice, but the movements and gestures of famous singers and singers. A person who flawlessly plays Edith Piaf and Liza Minnelli, Edita Piekha and Elena Vaenga, Valery Leontiev and Garik Sukachev. At the same time, he calls his activity “synchrobuffonade”. The work of this outstanding person will be discussed in the article.
Biography
Date of birth of Alexander Peskov - February 13, 1962. He is a native of the Arkhangelsk region of the village of Koryazhma. My father and mother worked at a pulp and paper mill. To prevent the child from hanging out on the street, the parents suggested that he spend time doing an interesting activity in a drawing circle. He liked to draw caricatures of his friends that made them smile.
After finishing eight classes at school number 4, Alexander enters the theater school of Yaroslavl. They did not provide a hostel, so Alexander was forced to rent a little room, more like a pantry room than a living room. After studying at the school for three months, seventeen-year-old Peskov Alexander Valeryanovich decided to become a clown, and, having taken his documents from the theater school, in 1979 he entered the Moscow circus. After the third year, Alexander Peskov is drafted into the army.
Serving in the army
While serving in the Soviet Army, from November 1981 to December 1983, Peskov led the Song and Dance Ensemble of the Taman Division. On the basis of the division, a group was created, consisting of 25 people of a variety and circus group and a vocal and instrumental ensemble.
After his dismissal from the army, Alexander Valeryanovich Peskov was invited to take part in the extras of the film "In Search of Captain Grant", which took place in Odessa from December 1983 to February 1984. After filming, he returns to the circus school. Here, during an unsuccessful somersault (acrobatic stunt), he receives a severe spinal injury. Doctors' diagnoses were disappointing, believing that after such an injury, people in most cases become crippled.
But Alexander did not consider himself one of them. He trained hard and learned to walk again. The family of Alexander Peskov helped to get back on his feet faster, which eventually returned him to normal life.
Work in Kotlastheater
Life without a stage Peskov could not imagine, therefore, after the end of the rehabilitation period, he enters the service of the Kotlas Drama Theater. He has 15 roles in the performances "Where We Have Been", "Son of the Regiment", "Cinderella" and others. At the reading competition in Arkhangelsk, Peskov receives the First Prize.
In 1985, the personal life of parodist Alexander Peskov changed. He met his future wife Galya in the theater, with whom they soon signed. In June 1986, the couple had a daughter. The girl was named Daria in honor of Alexander's great-grandmother. Now she is the concert director of the children's studio "Neposedy" in Moscow. Pictured above is Daria with her father.
In August 1986, Peskov was offered to go to work at the Perm Philharmonic to work as an artist in the conversational genre. And since 1988 he has been working as an entertainer at the Kaliningrad Regional Philharmonic Society.
Invitation to Moscow
Another change in the biography of the parodist Peskov occurred before the New Year 1989. The well-known entertainer of the Moscow Theater of Satire Boris Sergeevich Brunov invited Alexander to take part in the New Year's program. It so happened that the first parody created by Peskov was the song “Simply” by Alla Borisovna Pugacheva. The audience accepted the artist's number with a bang.
Pugacheva liked parodies with her image. Having a good sense of humor, she even asked to do more numbers with her songs. Peskov's career went up. Not all artists reacted the same way when they saw parodies of their repertoire. For example, Laima Vaikule, afterparodied "Piccadilly", stopped performing it.
But not only ups are reflected in the biography of the parodist Peskov. Not everyone is equally enthusiastic about Peskov's work. But the fact that this person is special is undeniable. There are a lot of sharp turns and strange events in his life. And as one of these turns - a break in relations with his wife … But life went on, and Peskov worked on new images.
The work of Alexander Peskov
Alexander says that in order for the image to shoot, you need to understand the psychology of the parodied object. People for him are like books that you need to be able to read. He creatively approaches the preparation of each number. The main thing that draws attention is the choreography and costume. He refers to choreography gestures, facial expressions, the ability to move like a real star. Peskov, in an interview, told how he cautiously made a parody of Kobzon. But Iosif Davidovich appreciated her normally, and was not offended, understanding the subtle humor of the parodist.
The highlight of the genre Peskov considers the ability to show the singer so that the viewer does not immediately understand who is on stage - the original or a copy. When he was asked who Alexander Peskov collects in the piggy bank of parodies? He replied that it should be an interesting personality, loved by the people. In his piggy bank at the moment there are more than 150 characters. Among her favorites are Elena Vaenga, Alla Borisovna, Valery Leontiev. Spectators who attend his performances consider Peskov an eccentric personality. His performances and striking resemblance toreal artists…
Peskov Theater
In 2008, after graduating from the director's department of GITIS, a new, interesting page of life begins in the biography of the parodist Peskov. He creates his own theater, which includes a ballet troupe, and begins to work on the revival on the Russian stage of the most complex variety genre of "synchrobuffonade", where actors do not pronounce words, but convey the character of their characters through plasticity and facial expressions.
Leading a theater is difficult, Peskov believes. To make good numbers, you need to work with full dedication. Not everyone loves their demanding boss, sometimes they wash the bones, but he does not pay attention to this. For him, the main thing is the result, and he is. He prefers not to scatter people from the theater. Keeps even those who openly dislike him.
The theater has a large dressing room with hundreds of stage costumes. As the parodist says, he could write a dissertation on the topic of stage reincarnation, but he is not a theorist, he likes practice. Depicting mostly female images, Peskov made the discovery that neither hair nor makeup will determine female attractiveness. These are just the first steps. The main thing is the ability to elegantly walk in heels. Hairpins change a woman, her walk, character, behavior. Smiling, he adds that he's so used to stiletto heels that he doesn't feel as comfortable in men's sneakers. Another walk. He even gave a master class to the girls on how to walk in heels.
Film shooting
Until the end of GITIS, in 2004,Peskov was offered to star in the series "My Fair Nanny" in a small episodic role (cameo) as a celebrity invited by the director. The filmography of Alexander Peskov, where he played non-episodic roles, is small. This is the role of the financial director in The Lonely Angel (2008), and the role of the cloakroom attendant in New Year's SMS (2011).
According to the thoroughbred, he really wanted to star in some movie. His wish came true. The famous director Yuri Stytskovsky invited Alexander to play the role of financial director in his film "The Lonely Angel". The actor liked the script of the film. In addition to him, the guys from his ballet were filmed in the film. They played the dancers of a pretentious club in which glamorous golden youth “hang out”. The film was shot in Odessa.
Solo programs
Large solo concert programs of the parodist began in 1988. Almost every year a new program is prepared, in which Peskov and his theater participate. And with her he tours the cities. There were cases when Alla Pugacheva's concerts were held in two cities at once. Alexander Peskov does not advise looking for scammers. The thing is that the second concert with his participation, and the images are so similar that the viewer sometimes doubts who is really in front of him.
If we talk about the awards of Alexander Peskov, then these are mainly letters of thanks and Diplomas of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Government of Moscow.
Life of a parodist
Career success allowed Peskov to improve his life. Housing appeared in the Stalinist skyscraper inthe center of the capital, which the successful parodist acquired and furnished as an imperial apartment. In his press interviews, he admitted that he would like to live in the days when Louis ruled. Better yet, if he himself were Louis, and then it would be a biography of the parodist Peskov the Emperor!
Having an artistic taste, Peskov himself was engaged in the design of the apartment. He created spacious areas: an office, a living room-studio, a bedroom and a bathroom. The interior of the apartment is made in the Greco-Roman style, gold and paintings on the walls in large frames. The design is designed in soothing colors. His apartment was actually full of luxury. Why was? He just got tired of the bustle of the city and sold it. He is not a city dweller, since childhood he dreamed of having a small piece of land.
His house in the suburbs. He is not going to change his style. He will make a lot of things the way they were in his Moscow apartment, that is, the Greco-Roman style will be repeated somewhere. In the meantime, the house is under construction, the parodist lives in his Moscow office.
