And, of course, the master is surethat without spicy capers, hodgepodge is not hodgepodge, but just cucumber soup.

You will need the following ingredients:
- chicken ham;
- beef;
- sausages;
- pickles;
- shallot;
- tomato paste;
- lemon;
- olives;
- capers;
- sour cream;
- s alt;
- sugar;
- green onion.
Procedure:
- Boil the chicken and beef until tender, remove from the broth and cool.
- Finely chop the pickled cucumbers, previously peeled, stew them in a separate bowl with a little water, then add chopped shallots, two tablespoons of tomato paste, a little granulated sugar, cover and continue to simmer for 30 minutes.
- Cut sausages and boiled meat (beef and chicken) into small pieces.
- Chop green onion finely, cut olives lengthwise.
- Put the stewed cucumbers and shallots into the broth, try, if necessary, s alt and add more sugar, then add olives and chopped meat with sausages. Mix everything and try again.
- Put capers (1 tablespoon) and a little marinade from under them in a saucepan with future hodgepodge. Then throw in the bay leaf and black peppercorns
- When the hodgepodge boils, add green onions and remove from heat.
Serve hodgepodge with sour cream and a slice of lemon.
Pork ribs
Another recipe from Lazerson. In "Celibacy Dinner", the master took about 45 minutes to prepare this dish.
You will need the following ingredients:
- pork ribs;
- rice;
- carnation;
- granulated sugar;
- s alt;
- onion;
- star anise;
- garlic;
- cardamom;
- ginger;
- vegetable oil;
- soy sauce;
- tomato paste;
- hot pepper;
- honey;
- dry onion;
- dry garlic.
Procedure:
- Cut the ribs into portions of 3-4 ribs and put them into boiling water. Add a little sugar, s alt to taste, star anise, about five cloves, cardamom.
- Wash the unpeeled garlic and onion and put into the pot with the ribs, then add a tablespoon of rice.
- Prepare the sauce in which the ribs will be fried: in a suitable container, mix vegetable oil, honey, sugar, s alt, dry garlic, dry onion, hot pepper, a little soy sauce (about 15 ml), a tablespoon of tomato paste.
- Lay foil on a baking sheet, put boiled ribs on it, grease with sauce.
- Preheat the oven, put the baking sheet with the ribs in it and bake until ready.
