Early years

Alsu was born in Bugulma, a city located in the Republic of Tatarstan. Her father is a well-known person in Russian business - Ralif Safin. He is associated with oil corporations. In 2011, he was worth $0.5 billion.

Also, the singer has two brothers: the younger - Renard and the eldest - Marat. Both followed in the footsteps of their father and became businessmen.

Alsu is a singer who began to show interest in music since childhood. At the age of five, she got into a music school. Then she continued her education in Moscow.
