History of the Prize

There are nominations in "Daytime Live" dedicated to sports programs, TV games, morning programs, including the nomination for the best presenter. The award is also given to the best talk show, entertainment program and educational program. Recently, journalistic programs on the topic "Man and Law" have become popular - this category of programs is also nominated for "Tefi".

Almost every year the award jury chooses the best telenovela and the best sitcom. Programs for young viewers and even advertisements for upcoming TV shows were not spared.

In the "Evening Prime" category, the best information program and the best evening talk show are selected first. Also nominated for the award are presenters of news programs and reporters or cameramen involved in reporting.

So, who won the Tefi award in 1996? The winners in various categories were TV shows: “Today” (“NTV”), “Itogi” (“NTV”), “So far, everyone is at home” (“ORT”), “Clever and clever” (“ORT”), “Russians on American Ice” (“ORT”), the cycle “Kuchuguri and environs” (“RTR”) and others.

2014 Awards Ceremony

In 2014, the award ceremony was organized for the first time not by the Academy of Russian Television, but by the Committee of Industrial Television Awards. The award ceremony was held in the first studio of the Ostankino shopping mall.

TV show "We eat at home!" was named the best morning program, and its presenter Yulia Vysotskaya won another award as the best TV presenter according to Tefi.

In 2014, the Open Studio talk show, which is broadcast on Channel Five, overtook its competitors. The program "Eagle and Tails", which goes to the TV channel "Friday!", turned out to be the best among the entertainmentTV shows.

Once again, the television game “What? Where? When”, as well as the journalistic program “The investigation was conducted …”, the host of which for many years has been Leonid Kanevsky. The educational program "Polyglot", dedicated to the accelerated learning of German ("Russia-K"), also received a high award. Among sports programs, the program “First Olympic”, which was broadcast on Channel One, was recognized as the best.

In addition, the jury noted the professionalism of the creators of the telenovela "While the village sleeps" and the sitcom "Kitchen".

2015 Awards Ceremony

The 2015 Tefi award ceremony was held in June at Ostankino. Among the morning programs, the Good Morning program broadcast on Channel One was declared the winner. In addition, hosts Anastasia Chernobrovina, accompanied by Vladislav Zavyalov ("Morning of Russia"), took home the award.

Among the talk shows, the show "Observer" ("Russia-K") was recognized as the best. "Fashion Sentence", in turn, has become a leader among entertainment programs.

The show "Own Game" became the best TV game of 2015, and among the journalistic programs, the program "Investigation was conducted …" on the TV channel "NTV" again took the lead. The winning sitcom was Fizruk, and the winning telenovela was The Return of Mukhtar on NTV.

The announcement of the upcoming Tchaikovsky Competition, which was broadcast on the Rossiya-K TV channel, was named as the best advertisement. The best information program was “Vesti sDmitry Kiselev" on TV channel "Russia-1".
