If you are interested in Adrian Rawlins in his youth and mystical thrillers, then this picture will appeal to you. In 1989, English director Herbert Wise made a film based on the novel of the same name by S. Hill.

At the center of the story is a young lawyer played by E. Rawlins. He is forced to go to the east coast of England in a small provincial town. The purpose of the trip is to register the property of a recently deceased lonely widow. Only he and a local lawyer are present at the funeral. Suddenly, in the church, Arthur notices a woman in black, after which he sees her in the cemetery and near the house. But the stranger is silent, however, even the locals cannot answer the questions of the young lawyer about who she is.

It is noteworthy that in 2012 a remake of the film was shot, and this time the main role was played by J. Radcliffe, the on-screen son of E. Rawlins in the Harry Potter saga.

My brother Tom

Dramatic film by Englishman Dom Roserow generated mixed opinions, but still managed to receive critical acclaim and viewer attention. In the Rawlins film, Adrian plays a supporting role. However, his work is interesting in the context of the whole picture.

The plot is built around two teenagers - a balanced and reasonable Jessica and a bright and emotional schoolboy Tom. They live in completely different worlds, but this does not prevent them from becoming strong friends and organizing their own corner in the forest. The film tells the viewer a touching and not quite ordinary love story that touches to the core and leaves vivid impressions for a long time.

In the picture of the Danish film director Lone Scherfig Rawlins Adrian got one of the main roles. The feature film was filmed in 2002 from its own script and contains elements of black comedy.

His whole life is a series of unsuccessful suicide attempts. This is due to a happy accident and the older brother Harbor, performed by E. Rawlins. The situation changes dramatically with the arrival of his fiancee and her little daughter.
