Last years of life

His last work was a production called "Comedians", the author of which was Boris Shchedrin. He recalls the actor with special warmth: “When we started working on the play, I had no idea that Boris Vladimirovich was seriously unwell. Back in 1981, Ivanov was awarded the title of People's Artist of the RSFSR.

The actor passed away December 2, 2002. Boris Ivanov was buried at the Vagankovsky cemetery of the capital.
