The great and mighty power called the Soviet Union gave a start in life to a huge number of talented people. Many of them are wonderful role models. The works of outstanding masters still glorify not only Russia, but also all CIS countries. Bryullov, Mukhina, Blok, Mandelstam, Chagall, Ranevskaya and many other artists revealed to the world new creative facets of the soul of Soviet man.

Glorifying the country

The cultural heritage left by the maestro is the pride of all CIS countries. An outstanding artist, born in the USSR, and brilliantly glorifying the art of Russia for a quarter of a century, is Boris Nevzorov. Theater and film actor, he achieved great success. He is known by sight. The audience loves good characters performed by a talented master. Boris Nevzorov, whose filmography includes many paintings, became famous for his roles not only in films, but also in numerous TV series. This article will tell you how an ordinary Soviet boy became a favorite of the public and directors.

Childhood years of the Astrakhan boy

In the very middle of the twentieth century, on January 18, 1950, in the village of Starominskaya, which is located in the Krasnodar Territory, Boris Nevzorov was born. The biography of the future artist begins in the family of a party worker. In connection with the activities of the father, the family was forced to move to Astrakhan. It is there, among the tower trees, stretching for hundreds of meters, planting tomatoes and abundance of fish, Boris Nevzorov enjoys his barefoot childhood. The actor at that time was not much different from his peers. His interests revolved around boyish games, pranks and swimming in the Volga.

Puss in Boots as a turning point

Neither his relatives nor those close to him had anything to do with art. The theater influenced the boy's desire to become a great artist. At that time, schoolchildren, workers, and all residents “according to the order” were sent to the theater, cinema, circus or museums to “enlighten themselves culturally”. Once the class in which Boris Nevzorov studied received tickets to the Theater for Young Spectators. At that time, the performance of "Puss in Boots" was on the stage of the institution. This performance captivated the boy. He learned all the parts by heart. Together with friends, Borya staged a play in the yard. They made something like a theater: with a stage, spotlights and, of course, invited spectators. However, gradually the passion began to fade, and by the end of school, the boy had already forgotten about the once great desire to become an artist. He decided to get a more sought-after, by the standards of his parents, medical speci alty.

Magic Transformation

What's happening infurther in its narrative may resemble the plot of the film. A few days before the start of the exam period, Nevzorov Boris Georgievich accidentally enters the Theater for Young Spectators and, by chance, meets the main director there. To the timid request of the young man to listen to him, the great maestro agreed. A small piece of poetry performed by a young man, his manner of reading and gestures so pleased the director that he immediately enrolled yesterday's schoolboy in the auxiliary theater troupe. In such a completely magical way, a young man with no special education made his childhood dream of a stage come true. The absence of professional actors in the theater made it possible for Boris, after a short time, to play in performances of fairy-tale animals, minor characters, and even Santa Claus. This role was the most important achievement of the young man in the Astrakhan Youth Theater.

From artist to wipers and back

At the end of the first working season, Eduard Kuptsov, the chief director of the theater, advised the young artist not to waste his talent in the outback and go to conquer the capital. Yielding to persuasion, the young man goes to Moscow and immediately enters the first year of the Higher Theater School. M. S. Shchepkina. However, all the dreams of a cheerful and beautiful life of a student-artist, which Nevzorov painted for himself, turned to dust. He was in no way satisfied with the cruel Moscow reality. After three courses of study, Boris leaves the educational institution and gets a job … as a janitor. After a year and a half of "dusty" work, the young man decides to return to art. The Moscow Art Theater School became an institution that hospitably opened its doors to a new student, which was Boris Nevzorov. The artist's biography is replenished with new interesting events.

First successes

On the basis of the course where the young man studied, the New Theater was organized. It was there that a student from Astrakhan showed his skills for the first time. The next place where Nevzorov became famous was the theater. Moscow City Council. This event took place in 1984. However, after another two years, the artist returned to his former place of work. Soon Nevzorov shone on the stage of the theater. Stanislavsky. And some time later, at the Maly Theater, the audience could enjoy the production of Gogol's "Inspector General", in which the talented young man also participated. He got the role of a judge with a "speaking" surname - Lyapkin-Tyapkin. Boris Georgievich was also involved in other performances: "Wedding, wedding, wedding!", "Don Juan", "Sheep and Wolves" and others. Nevzorov admitted that in this theater he managed to feel a real homely atmosphere and become part of a full-fledged theatrical family.

Ups and downs

In parallel with his work in the theater, Boris Georgievich built a career in cinema. It should be noted that his road to popularity was quite thorny and quite long. Nevzorov could not find his role in any way. That is why his star in the sky of cinema still did not flare up.

In 1978, a full-length tape called “I Can’tsay: "Farewell!", where Boris Georgievich played a small and almost forgettable role. The second appearance on the screens occurred with the release of a grotesque picture called "The Road". This film turned out to be so useless that the actors who played in it were not invited to shoot by any director. The world of cinema is actually very small. All the ups and downs of the artist take place in front of the public. That is why one unsuccessful role can spoil the whole future of even the most talented actor. This could have happened with Nevzorov. For quite a long time, he could not find himself in the slightest degree suitable for the role.

Because of looks

After a while, Sergei Linkov, director of the Odessa film studio, was going to shoot a historical documentary about the hero Mikhail Frunze. For one of the roles in the film, it was necessary to find a suitable actor. By coincidence, Nevzorov became this artist. A striking resemblance to Marshal Blucher helped the young man to get out of the failed hole. In 1978, the documentary film "Marshal of the Revolution" was released on TV screens, in which Boris Nevzorov was "reborn" as an actor.

It should be noted that his appearance more than once became a lever of influence on directors. Thanks to her, Nevzorov also received a role in the film adaptation of the sensational book by Yakov Reznik "The Creation of Armor". The name of the film is "Chief Designer". He got the role of designer Mikhail Ilyich Koshkin, the creator of the legendary T-34 tank. This was in 1980. Pera year before the event described, Nevzorov starred in three more films: "The Day of Return", "The World in Three Dimensions" and "Especially Dangerous".

However, the role of Ivan Ryabov from the film "Young Russia" brought all-Union love and glory to Boris Georgievich. Released on TV screens in 1982, the picture made a splash among the population of the USSR. Director Ilya Gurin very plausibly managed to convey the history of the creation and formation of the Russian fleet at the turn of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. As a rule, Soviet-style actors are wary and wary of various kinds of new trends in art. Most "adult" artists speak with disdain about the series, calling them low-quality raw materials and hacks. However, Boris Nevzorov is not one of them. He believes that one should not refuse to work when there is simply no other opportunity to improve skills.
