Short biography
Artist Andrey Budaev hails from Moscow, where he was born in 1963. He is a member of the Union of Artists of Moscow and Russia. Since 1995, he began to engage in his creative project on political and social topics. In 1996 he won the "Grand Prix" of the fourth Graphic Biennale, which was held in Kaliningrad.
Up to the present time he holds solo exhibitions in major Russian and foreign cities: in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Jerusalem, New York, Washington. Budaev's paintings can be found in private Russian and foreign collections.

Budaev's work is designated as a "political and social poster".
