Two members of the duo were born in their native Uzbekistan. Their meeting took place in one of the conservatories where they studied the art of vocals. They stood out for their singing talent among their other classmates. And together they complemented each other well.
The idea of creating a duet came up quite by accident. Shirin has always dreamed of becoming a singer and has performed on stage since childhood. And Farhod did not even think about the prospect of becoming a musician. But once they sang together, they decided to start working together.
Career start
The duo's formation date is November 11, 2011. At first everything was spontaneous, the artists sang only at the conservatory. But suddenly one of the recordings hit the radio. Since that time, the duo often began to take part in variouscompetitions. It is not surprising that Fahord va Shirin won prizes and even appeared on television several times. Since then, their fame has increased.
Their first concert took place in 2015. Then their set list consisted of folk songs, as well as their own tracks. Later they started making videos. All this was done in parallel with the recording of new songs. Their clips were always bright and colorful. After that, the duet Fahord va Shirin received an invitation to tour in other countries. And since 2015, they have become regular participants in the festival of folk culture in the city of Tashkent.
