Zhidkov Ivan Alekseevich was born in August 1983 in Yekaterinburg (then the city of Sverdlovsk). He studied well at school, but was a weak, frail boy, because of which his peers often offended him, and the girls considered him unworthy of their attention.

By that time, Zhidkov was already a family man, his wife is the famous actress Tatyana Arntgolts, with whom they played in such well-known entreprises as "Don't Wake the Sleeping Dog" and "Five Evenings". They met by chance and immediately fell in love with each other. Then Tatyana was already a famous actress, and Ivan was just starting his career. Their daughter was born in 2009.

Zhidkov's first film role was still in his student days - this is the main role in the military melodrama directed by Pyotr Todorovsky "In the Constellation of the Bull".
