Dark wizards led by Grindelwald killed Victor's parents.

Krum was chosen to represent his school in the tournament. With him came his friends and teacher. From the general crowd of guests, the Bulgarian stood out due to his high growth and powerfulphysique. As Harry noted, Viktor Krum looked somewhat older than his years, but it was difficult to call him handsome. His gait was complicated by clubfoot and flat feet, he was constantly hunched over, and a smile rarely visited his face. By nature, the Bulgarian seemed gloomy and unsociable. However, it was only on the ground that he was so ungainly. As soon as he climbed into the air on a broom, he became the best among sorcerers.

But the fact that the young witch liked the Bulgarian, everyone guessed already at the second test. Its meaning was that each of the participating wizards had to save a person dear to his heart. Krum had to save Hermione.

In honor of the Tournament, a ball was arranged for guests and hosts at Hogwarts. And everyone was very surprised when Hermione and Viktor Krum came to him together. Not without jealousy from friends. But it was obvious that the English sorceress also liked her admirer.

The young people had to separate when the Tournament ended. But for some time after parting, they exchanged letters.

The young wizard, despite his success in sports and a serious attitude towards communicating with girls, was by no means popular. Although Hermione responded to his attentions, she was not ready to leave home and friends for Victor.

The next time Krum visited England was when he was invited to the wedding of one of the Weasley brothers and the third participant in the Tournament. But only the reunion between Granger and Krum did not take place: the girl was in love with another. Then the Bulgarian drew attention to the sister of the groom, Ginny. But again he miscalculated, because she was in love with Harry Potter. And he responded to her feelings.

Viktor Krum has achieved great success in sports. He became a member of the Quidditch team and even participated in the World Cup. But in the final, his team was defeated. Unable to bear the disappointment, Krum ended his sports career. True, the desire to become a champion turned out to be stronger. After a while, he again entered the field for the national team.

Viktor has also become more successful in his personal life. According to JK Rowling, he found a sweetheart in his native Bulgaria and married her.

Stanislav and his hero have a common homeland - they were both born in Bulgaria. Only the actor had more travel. He lived for some time in Israel and England. The young man himself was not going to become an actor. Chance started his career.

Almost 600 actors applied for the role of the Bulgarian wizard. But Stanislav noticed an assistant for actors and offered him. In her mind, this is what Viktor Krum looked like. The fans also liked the actor.

The role in the fourth film about the wizard Potter became Stanislav's ticket to a big movie. After the film about the boy-who-livedhe played in several more films, and then starred in the penultimate film adaptation of JK Rowling's books about Harry. But the scenes with him were then cut and did not appear in the final version of the film shown in theaters.
