Many artists who graduated from the Yekaterinburg Theater Institute, founded during the war in what was then Sverdlovsk, are known throughout the country. Among them are Kuznetsov Anatoly, Ilyin Vladimir, director Dmitry Astrakhan, actress Olga Drozdova, Victor Loginov, known to the youth audience. Also in 1976, Alexei Nikolayevich Zubarev graduated from this illustrious school.

Childhood

Aleksey Zubarev was born in the mid-fifties in the ancient Siberian city of Novokuznetsk, which has been the center of metallurgy and coal mining in Russia since tsarist times.

Aleksey's family was musical, famous for songs to the button accordion, not a single celebration was complete without them. Since childhood, the boy is used to being the center of attention. Immediately after graduation, he left his native Novosibirsk and went to study as an artist in Sverdlovsk.

Theatrical career

Like many actors, Alexei Zubarev began his career on the stage of a provincial city, namely Izhevsk. ATvarious times he worked in Moldova, in Chisinau. Alexei has a very unusual appearance, thanks to which he succeeds in biblical roles and images of the Middle Ages.

In 1978 he moved to the cultural capital of Russia and began his service in the Leningrad Comedy Theater named after N. P. Akimov. Then there were the Leningrad City Council Theater and on the Fontanka.

In the Comedy Theater, Alexey began courting actress Anzhelika Sergeevna Nevolina, who became his wife. Angelica is eight years younger than her husband. She was born in the creative family of the actress of the Leningrad Philharmonic in 1962. After graduating from the Leningrad Institute of Theater and Cinema in 1983, she came to the Comedy Theater.

Alexey Zubarev in the early nineties began his career at the Maly Drama Theater in St. Petersburg. His best work:

• Dion in The Winter's Tale;
• Serbinov in Chevengur;
• The Duke of Burgundy in King Lear.

Today, on the stage of MDT, Alexei Zubarev can be seen in the play "All Days and Nights" based on the play by Margaret Harpe. He plays the role of Martin, Christa's first husband.

Filmography

Aleksey Zubarev began acting in films in the mid-eighties. His first film was "I Will Execute Justice", in which he starred in 1985. Now he has about sixty works in films and serials. He performed the best roles in such films:

• "Philip Traum" Feuerbach).

Now Alexei Zubarev is 64 years old. He works a lot, plays in his favorite theatre, starred in TV series, is engaged in scoring films. One of the last films where Alexey was filmed is Life and Fate, as well as the TV series Witnesses.
