Biography
Volkov Pavel was born in the Voronezh region in the village of Povorino, Novokhopersky district, on June 29, 1897. The family of the future actor was very poor, so from childhood the boy was accustomed to work. His parents had nothing to do with creative professions, but were simple peasants, devoting their whole lives to working with the land.
But the future actor still received education. At first, Pavel Volkov studied at a local parish school, and then entered an agricultural secondary school in the Saratov district. The future famous actor graduated from this school in the village of Nikolaevsky town in 1919.
Career and education
Volkov Pavel, whose biography is full of events, in 1919 begins to work as an agronomist. According to the distribution, he falls into the first Saratov state farm of the city gardening section. But the very next year he leaves this job to enter the Saratov University as an agronomist. In the same year, 1920, he takes exams in the Highertheater workshops. For several years, Volkov Pavel diligently studied at two educational institutions at once, and since it was difficult and difficult, in the third year the future actor had already finally decided and remained to study only at the theater institute.
Already in 1921, Pavel Mikhailovich began to participate in the performances of the children's theater in the city of Saratov. In 1923, when his studies at the theater workshops were over, he left his job in the theater and became a teacher of rhythm and acrobatics at the theater institute, where he himself studied.
But life and family circumstances develop in such a way that the money he earns as a teacher is not enough. Therefore, the young actor has to leave this job and go to Aldan, where gold mines were opened at that time.

But soon, in 1926, an accident occurs. Pavel Mikhailovich fell into a deep face and broke his ribs. He was immediately sent for treatment, and with this, the work of the prospector was already over forever.
As soon as Pavel Volkov began to recover, he entered the capital's mobile theater. In this theater of the International Red Stadium, he was at first an actor for a long time, and then his leader. But those places where onceworked as a prospector, the actor could not forget. Therefore, in 1928 he brought his theater to Aldan on tour.
But Pavel Mikhailovich's theatrical career does not end there. So, in 1931, he got a job at the Russian theater in Ashgabat for one season, where he was noticed and invited to Leningrad to the New Theater. The aspiring actor worked in this theater for twelve years.
In 1940, Pavel Volkov, an actor who is known to many viewers, together with his theater leaves for the Far Eastern Front on tour, but the war begins, and the theater was able to return to Leningrad only three years later. In 1949, a new move took place - to the capital. Until 1963, he worked at the Film Actor's Studio Theatre. During his work in the theater he was awarded diplomas.

Private life
