But in the cinematic and theatrical piggy bank of the actor there are a huge number of roles, both episodic and main ones.
Childhood
Kovalenko Vitaly was born in early 1974 in Kazakhstan. Pavlodar became his hometown. His parents had nothing to do with the theater, so no one even thought that Vitaly could become an actor.
Passion for theater
It is known that even in his school years Vitaliy Kovalenko became interested in theater. Parents did not share such a passion for their son, but still hoped that over time it would pass. Therefore, they did not interfere with their son, although they dreamed that in the future he would enter either a medical or a polytechnic institute.
Vitaly Vladimirovich in his school years was an active participant in the theater studio "Debut". He secretly dreamed that he would go totheater university, although his teacher Vyacheslav Petrov did not recommend it to him, since in this profession everything is always ambiguous and difficult.
Education
Despite the uncertainty about whether to choose an acting profession or not, Vitaly Kovalenko immediately after graduation goes with his friends to St. Petersburg to pass exams in the theater.
But he and his six friends were late for their exams, so they decided to enter Yekaterinburg. Alas, the future actor Vitaly Vladimirovich Kovalenko failed the exams. Therefore, the next year he was preparing for admission and worked. At first, he combined visiting performances and participating in theatrical extras with the work of a driver, and then began to work at a thermal power plant and even at a furniture factory.
And exactly one year later, the future actor successfully passed the exams and became a student at the theater institute in Yekaterinburg. By this time, parents had already come to terms with this choice of their son and even helped him. It is known that in 1996 Vitaly Kovalenko, whose personal life is always interesting to the audience, graduated from a theater university and received an actor's diploma. From that time on, his theatrical career began to take shape.

Already in his fourth year, he participated in two theatrical productions of the Yekaterinburg Academic Drama Theater, since at that time he also collaborated with the Masks Theater. Just one year after graduation, he worked in this theater, and then moved to Novosibirsk.
Work at the Red Torch Theater
In 1997, Vitaly moved to Novosibirsk, as he was invited by friends, and got a job at the Red Torch Theater. His first debut in this theater was participation in the musical Hello, Dolly. Therefore, for the first seven years, Vitaly Vladimirovich regretted leaving the theater in Novosibirsk. Everything had to start over: to win the trust and respect of not only colleagues and directors, but also the love of the audience.
In this theater, Vitaly Vladimirovich also played many roles. So, in the theatrical production of "The Miserly Knight" he played Albert, a cynical military man in the theatrical production of "Man=", and in the play "The Seagull" he gotthe role of Shamaev.
