Valentina Titova is a theater and film actress who for fourteen years was the faithful wife of her husband, the famous director and actor of the USSR Vladimir Pavlovich Basov. Biography

The future actress was born in the Moscow region, in the city of Korolev, in February 1942. However, the girl's childhood and youth passed in Sverdlovsk. Her family was evacuated to this city during the Great Patriotic War. During her school years, Valya was fond of classes in a drama club at the city House of Culture. And these classes allowed the girl to play small roles in the Theater of the Young Spectator.

Valentina received her theatrical education at the Sverdlovsk Theater School. She gave two years to study. And then I got into the studio at the Bolshoi Drama Theater.
