"Kharizma" is a group that is of Russian origin and works in the power metal genre. It was founded in 2004 in Moscow. The band was founded by guitarist Leonid Fomin, vocalist Damon Avramenko and poet Alexander Elin. The latter became the team's producer and lyricist.
History
"Charisma" - a group that was based on the idea of creating a power metal association that would have a classic European style and Russian lyrics. This idea was nurtured by all the future founders of the team. Fomin had preparations for compositions. Yelin immediately accumulated a lot of different ideas that were not implemented in the crayfish "Aria", as well as his latest author's project "Chimera". Avramenko was eager to perform original music.
After three months the studio sessions started. Demo material was recorded. As a result, the team was offered a contract by a company called the Mystery of Sound.
In November 2005, the debut album was recorded under the name "Source of Power". Work on it was carried out at the studio of the Black Obelisk collective. Project Manageris Dmitry Borisenkov. It soon became known that the band would perform a cover version of the song "Shake this World", authored by the group "Aria", as part of a tribute album.
In 2013 the vocalist left the band. Ivan Seliverstov comes to replace him. With him, the team recorded a maxi-single called "Brothers to Fight", and is also preparing the publication of a new album. Alexander Kozarez became the bass player.
In 2014, the band celebrated its 10th anniversary with concerts in St. Petersburg and Moscow. They introduced the new drummer of the band. His place was taken by Max Talion. He came to replace Vyacheslav Stosenko.
In 2016, Ivan Seliverstov left the group. In September Sergey Podkosov became the vocalist.
