Alexander Prozorov took up writing activities already at a conscious age. Prior to this, working days went by like most Soviet citizens. He was born in Leningrad on May 3, 1962, he lived with his mother, who devoted all her time to raising her son and did not create a full-fledged family. After receiving a secondary education, Alexander entered the Zhdanov Leningrad University, opting for the Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics. From there, in 1980, he was drafted into the ranks of the Soviet army.

At the end of his military service, he got a job as a programmer, then decided to connect his life with the roads, and as a driver of a regular bus he plied the expanses of his native city. It is possible that Alexander began to try himself in the literary field precisely at that time, because in 1992 he became a visitor to Andrei Balabukha's studio, which could only be entered if high-quality literary texts were provided.

First publications - the beginning of success

First time publicationThe author's fantastic work - the story "A Window for an Alien" - took place in 1992 in the newspaper "Anomaly". The young author, more and more fascinated by the literary style, decided to change jobs and got a job as a mechanic on duty in the car depot of the city network. This gave him more time to be creative. In the period from 1995 to 1996, without leaving his main workplace, Prozorov Alexander, whose books would eventually bring him fame, worked closely with the newspaper Chas Peak, in which he was listed as a journalist in the department of social problems.

The debut story "Conscience Out of Memory" was published in the magazine "Aurora" (1996). Two years later, the Severo-Zapad publishing house published the author's first book, Citadel, written in the fantasy style. Prior to that, Alexander Prozorov, trying to be published, wrote applied books: a manual for motorists, medical reference literature and other information-useful material.

Feature of Prozorov's style

In 1999, the book "Messenger" was presented to the readers' court, and a year later - "The Sign". In 2001, a new breakthrough took place in the writer's work: the first fiction book was published under his real name "Dragon's Teeth", in which the reader observes not only a fictional world drawn with incredible love. In this world, the action takes place in parallel with reality. A whole scattering of book characters, each of which is individual, is remembered by appearance, features, habits.

The author's desire for realism can be seen in every little thing: the head physician of the nursing home is worried about changes in the status of doctors, the refusal to specialize in pediatricians, the dentist swears at patients and is well versed in prosthetics. With each new book, the texts of Prozorov, who has significant literary experience behind him, become more confident, the texture of the world is displayed better and the character of the characters is more clearly drawn.

The next novel "Neptune's Trident" showed that the level of the writer's skill has increased: in the book he vividly describes the worlds and spaceships, each character has its own unique character, and the plot was woven into a solid ball with many unexpected twists and turns.

Literary activity of Alexander Prozorov

In 2001, Alexander Prozorov quit his last job, joined the Writers' Union of Russia and devoted himself fully to literary activity. Since 2002, he began to collaborate with the Poputchik magazine: on the pages of his Anomalous News application, he began to publish articles in which, with a certain amount of humor and reference to scientific facts and encyclopedic articles, he proved directly opposite theories about the origin of man, the evolution of the Earth and the present destination of known antiquities. This suggests that Alexander Prozorov, whose books are known to a wide range of readers, in order to make the plot of the work more exciting and interesting, is ready to support any theory and adhere to any point of view.
